NOTE: This is a 3BR 'Lock-Off'. It can be rented as a 3BR, a 2BR, or a 1BR.
$2,000 FOR THE 1BR, 1BA side only (sleeps 4 - 4 Atlantis Wristbands Included)
$3,000 FOR THE 2BR, 2BA side only (seeps 6 - 6 Atlantis Wristbands Included)
$4,000 FOR THE 3BR, 3BA both sides (sleeps 10 - 10 Atlantis Wristbands Included)

What we own is a top floor waterfront “3BR Lock-Off' which is a 2BR Villa connected to a 1BR Villa via a private set of lockable interior doors. BOTH SIDES ARE AVAILABLE EITHER TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY.

The 2BR Villa will sleep 6-7. Private Entrance and completely separate from the 1BR Villa.

The 1BR Villa will sleep 4.

HUGE 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 6-7 (7 with rollaway) Has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 big baths.

The 1BR, 1BA unit also has a kitchen (full-size refrigerator/freezer, glasstop electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal), living room/dining area, king bed, queen sleepsofa, a washer/dryer and a balcony on the water. It will sleep 4 comfortably.

They both have a magnificent view of Nassau, the Cruise Ship Dock, and Yacht Harbor. Spectacular top floor water views in every direction!

Located at HARBORSIDE, the rentals include full use of every amenity offered at the Atlantis right next door... absolutely no additional charge. I assume you are familiar with the ATLANTIS, but more information on that spectacular resort can be found on their website. One mid-week (usually Wednesday) cleaning with linen and towel change is included.

Harborside is a very special vacation ownership resort right next door to the Atlantis. Harborside, aside from the Atlantis, is a vacation destination unto itself with gorgeous waterfront pool, fitness center, etc.

We bought this particular week 44 because we live in New Jersey and this week is almost always 'Teacher's Convention' week, so the kids are off from school most of that week. We've made other vacation plans this year, so we are offering our Top Floor Waterfront Atlantis Harborside Villa Week 44 to you! We promise you'll have a fantastic vacation!

The two bedroom has a big beautiful full kitchen, 2 big baths (the Master has a stall shower and Jacuzzi Tub), 1 King and 1 Queen Bed, a spacious living and dining room with queen sleepsofa, 3 TV's, and a Bose dvd/cd music system, all connected to a large direct-waterfront balcony. 1BR has the same, except it's a 1BR.

If you are thinking about a vacation to the Atlantis- don’t bother staying AT the Atlantis. Our 'Harborside' Villa is right next door, and you'll have a full, spacious apartment with a kitchen and washer/ just an overpriced, cramped hotel room. Our Villa 100% includes all facilities and amenities of the Atlantis Resort. Harborside has an excellent shuttle bus system. It operates (free of charge) all day and night long,
taking you to and from all the Atlantis Towers every 10 minutes or so. Can easily walk back and forth!

There’s nothing to say that’s even marginally negative because it’s part of the Atlantis complex. Great property and amenities. The Atlantis itself is pretty remarkable.

Great Place to Stay

This is a great location with proximity to the Atlantis hotel. The condos are clean and there is a great pool and restaurant on property. And or course you have access to all the pools, restaurants and casino of the Atlantis. Overall a great time! Jesse is great...highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting a get away from cold weather! And the Bahamian people are lovely!

Considering the cost, there should be free WiFi available for renters. Recommended to have salt and cooking oil in the pantry when compared with Airbnb.

My Week in Paradise

If you are like me, a little hesitant in committing to a virtual sight unseen property, rest assured that renting this unit from Jesse is the best thing you can do. Jesse is wonderful....very informative, trustworthy and real nice guy. The units (I rented both) are the best on the property. The water view is gorgeous. Every morning I would sip my coffee on the deck while watching the big cruise ships coming into port. The villas were lovely, clean and quite spacious. They are conveniently located to the Harborside pool, restaurant and shuttles to Atlantis. I traveled with my seven grand children ranging in ages 3-15 and there were things to do for all age groups. Even though we spent active days at Atlantis, we still did not see It all, so much to do, so little time. I am looking forward to going back and renting again from Jesse. Thanks Jesse, it certainly was a worry-free, relaxing week in Paradise.

Harborside Vacation Nov 5-12, 2011

We had a fantastic time on this vacation! The unit has a great view of the Harbor and Nassau, so we had a good time watching the cruise ships dock daily. The unit is about 30 steps from the Harborside pools, which was very convenient. Harborside provides a relatively quiet experience, while still allowing you to use all the amenities and features of The Atlantis facility, which was great. Aside from not having our room ready for 3 hours despite a request for early check-in and having to call the front desk 4 times to have a crib brought up to our room the first day, our stay was fantastic and staff was very pleasant and accomodating. They said the day we checked in was the busiest they have had in a long time. Despite that, the facilities NEVER seemed crowded and we didn't have any trouble getting towels or lounge chairs all week. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle over to Atlantis, and every night we took a walk through Marina Village over to the Atlantis to see all the aquariums and fish. The property and unit were well maintained, clean and much nicer than we anticipated. I actually commented during the week at how impeccibly clean the grounds were. No trash or litter ANYWHERE! The owner went above and beyond to coordinate with the resort so that everything with our stay went smoothly. He was very communicative and easy to reach with questions prior to our stay. I would recommend this trip for other families and highly recommend going through this unit owner to ensure a stress free booking. Thanks again!! We loved it!
