Getting the room was a problem waiting for 3hrs and no free coupons for the bar or nothing, breakfast need improvement staff half of them were nice the other half had arritude problem and the room needs improvement and the bathroom plumbing, i thought i was in a cruise with smell from the pipes and the shower water..

The room was the bright spot - clean, spacious and quiet. Housekeeping was excellent. The downfall was the buffet breakfast, which was too crowded. On cold days, there was not enough inside capacity. Also, we had a food credit. We used it at 3 meals at the hotel and every time it was a hassle. This was our fifth trip back to Comfort Suites - but now thinking of other options.

The room wasn’t very clean, there was mold in the bathroom as well. The one day we wanted to use the pool, no towels were available despite there only being a few guests at the pool. The staff was very nice but apart from that there was definitely room for improvement. The perk of being able to use Atlantis also helps.

I am writing to share my concerns regarding my recent stay at Comfort Suites Paradise Island. Unfortunately, the building does not appear to be adequately accommodating for guests with physical disabilities or mobility limitations. For a hotel of this size, having only one elevator is extremely concerning. I personally have knee issues, and the excessive amount of walking and stair use made moving around the property very difficult and uncomfortable. The distance from the front desk to the rooms is quite long, and the elevator is not only far back in the building but also difficult to locate. What is even more troubling is the potential safety risk. In the event of an emergency, I am deeply concerned about how guests with physical disabilities or limited mobility would be expected to exit the building quickly and safely with only one elevator available. I also observed that even guests without physical disabilities were expressing frustration about the long walking distances and the inconvenient elevator placement. This suggests a broader design issue that affects many visitors, not just those with mobility challenges. I believe the building layout should be seriously re-evaluated to better accommodate guests of all ages and physical abilities. Sadly, due to this experience, I was very disappointed with my stay and will not be returning. However, the staff was excellent and the property was immaculate.

Bathroom toilet didn't flush correctly kept running our in room telephone didn't work at all our television reception was terrible all snowy there was construction over our room on the roof everyday we were there they had a crew out running power washer outside in courtyard the last night we stayed REALLY LOUD between 2am to 4am in the morning our patio door was near impossible to open it was off it's track very difficult to move.....
