The room we received was quite run down—the carpets, sofa, and overall condition were disappointing. It was located on the first floor by the pool, so we could hear constant noise from the outdoor chairs, the bar, and the band. Additionally, the remote control didn’t work, some lamps were out, and several plugs were broken. Considering the price, this was one of the most expensive rooms we’ve paid for, and it did not meet our expectations

Friendly and welcoming staff. Exactly as shown in pictures. Breakfast was ok. Could have used some extra fruits and cheeses. Staff did make up for lack of missing items. Would recommend without hesitation. Great stay!

Excellent value for getting into Atlantis without paying the price. You also get pretty nice amenities here including great breakfasts that change each day, as well as a nice pool bar and restaurant. Location is super convenient and free parking is nice.

1. check line was too long ..it took 35 mins to check in 2. Atlantis pass line was 60 mins ..there was only one person to help 3. Water shut down in morning for long time. 4. No water for bath one evening

The staff was nice and courteous but we countered a lot of maintenance related issues right from the start. We had a huge water issue the second day itself and we were almost going to miss our tour because we didn’t have enough time to get ready by the time the issue was fixed. The TV remote was missing batteries, and the fan, safe and exhaust weren’t working properly. Although the staff tried helping us as much as possible and their timely support did help us resolving most of the issues, it would have been better if these didn’t happen in the first place.

We stayed at the Comfort Suits to access Atlantis on our trip to the Bahamas. The room was very clean and had all the amenities. Darren’s at the front desk was soooo polite and friendly ! Crusoe’s had the best conch we had in all of Nassau. However , the carpets in hallways smelled funky. We immediately smelled it going up to our room. During the morning hours the shower pressure reduces tremendously and comes back on. So it’s a bit of back n forth. When the pressure lessens the hot water switches off. That was the only inconvenience we had. Apart from that everything else was fine ! It’s central to a lot of things n 15 mins or so from all major attractions.
