This 5 bedroom villa comprises two luxury townhomes (Yes! A double unit!) converted into one stunning large vacation home. Although the home is not on the beach it is just 60 steps away!

I can’t say enough good things about Mike, the house, or Palm Cay. A group of 10 members of my family (seven adults and three children ages 7, 4, and 1) just returned from our trip, and we all agree it’s the best vacation we’ve ever had! The house is literally steps from two private beaches and three pools. The kids were so excited to get up and swim every day. The beach is pristine and the water is absolutely stunning.The house is modern, beautiful, and spacious enough that we were each able to have privacy if needed. There is also a back deck and yard area that I don’t think is featured in the photos. The 7 year-old loved playing pool and Monopoly in the game room. The house is stocked with everything you could need, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Mike is the best host we’ve ever had. He goes above and beyond. I had injured my wrist during my travels and ended up needing a brace. Given that we had not rented a car, I was about to get a taxi to go to the pharmacy. However, Mike offered to go for me and brought me what I needed. I was so touched. Then, when our flights home were canceled due to a snowstorm in the Northeast, Mike was able to accommodate us for two additional nights. Having to stay for two extra days was a blessing because we did not want to leave. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 (5 adults and 3 children (4 and under). The amenities were amazing. Kitchen very well-provisioned, new porta-crib, high chair and all the things we needed. Plenty of linens, comfortable beds, and just a walk across the parking lot to the beach! A small ocean view from the kitchen was delightful. Access to the club was included and was beautiful with beach towels, sunscreen, and fabulous views. We had a maintenance issue and Mike, our host, was very welcoming and responsive to that and my many questions!We utilized some of the services in the booklet and had great experiences with them including a half day boat trip, delicious dinner (x2) at the Pink Octopus, and a massage.

Amazing week. Mike was a brilliant host and nothing was too much trouble to sort. House exceptionally well equipped an even managed to cook a Christmas turkey. Beds super comfortable too. Highly recommend and perfect location.

The place is exactly as described. Do rent a car if you want to move around and see more of the island. The beach is swallow when the tide is low when it’s not there it’s a decent beach to swim and snorkel. The house manager was great she responded quickly and corrected any issues we had. The one issue we had is the Wi-Fi is not great it’s a huge house 3 floors we had six guest so the Wi-Fi speed would lag at times lots of buffering. That being said you’re on vacation so not a deal breaker. There is. Restaurant and small cafe on site next to the Martina.

Awesome place

Michael is a fantastic host. He took myself, wife and daughter around to find a new phone while in the Bahamas. Spent several hours with us and we learned a lot about each other. Oh yeah, the place is amazing as well!! Couldn't ask for a better host or place to stay for the nine of us. When we come back to the Bahamas we will certainly stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Perfect Vacation Rental

This was an amazing property that easily accommodated our group of 9! It was clean, spacious, had great amenities, etc. our kids loved the game room and played pool nightly. We loved the massive kitchen-it was per free t for our big group to prepare food and eat together. Having access to the Beach Club was a huge bonus and made our vacation days that we spent at the resort absolutely perfect. Mike went above and beyond to share information and communicate with us. I literally cannot say enough good things about this vacation home. Don’t hesitate-book it immediately!

Spring Break Dream

This property is absolutely stunning! From the seamless pre-arrival details to the amazing amenities inside the home, this place is truly a step above the rest. Our group of 8, 4 adults and 4 teens ranging from 15 to 18, had an incredible time. We not only enjoyed the spacious home but also had a blast relaxing by the pool, snorkeling, and playing on the pickleball courts. Trust me, if this place is available, don’t hesitate, book it! You’ll definitely be impressed and not disappointed.

Great for family gathering away from the crowds

We had a wonderful spring break staying at this property. It's very large, so it accommodated our two families well, it's well-maintained, with no meaningful broken or out-of-repair items of note, and it is well-stocked with day-today items needed for the stay. The owner was both friendly and super responsive from beginning-to-end, including the provision of a "help" packet with thoughts/advice on everything you would likely have questions on for our stay. The unit is in a private development which provided for a very hassle-free stay, but I would simply note that it is reasonably far from most everything else for tourists (Atlantis, restaurants, boat launches, etc.), so be prepared for lots of driving or taxies if you plan to do things offsite. All-in-all, both of our families, including little kids, teenagers and adults, had a wonderful stay and recommend it to others!

Great week on the beach!

We had a great time at this property! We had 5 kids between 2 and 7 and there was something to do for everyone. Multiple pool options and the beach a few steps from the front door. It was great to have plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax too. Mike was very responsive on a few questions we had and helped us out quickly. Chef Everton was amazing if you are going to use a chef for one of your meals and Demaro with Dsquared saved us with a boat ride after we had a miscommunication with a different company we tried to book. Great week in paradise all around!

Family vacation in Bahamas

Blended family of 8 plus two significant others stayed at the property. It was the perfect layout for our family situation. The pool table was utilized by our teenagers and the grill was utilized for supper multiple nights. The beach was quaint and very nice. It is located Very close to a grocery store. Mike was great and very responsive. We were able to book an boat excursion for our last day out of the marina as well which was very memorable.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful place!

We took our three adult sons, one daughter in law and two soon to be daughters in law to the Bahamas this past week (January 17-22). It was a perfect place for a group of 8 adults with plenty of space for everyone. The villa was very nice and had a huge and well stocked kitchen. We loved that it had a beautiful pool and beach area to relax and enjoy without all the busyness of some of the resort areas. Michael was very easy to contact to answer any questions we had or address any issues. We would love to go back and stay there again!

Great Family Trip!

This was the first time in 7 years that our entire family was able to get together on a trip. Kids are no longer kids and we needed a place that had privacy and fun. This place far exceeded our expectations. Mike provided great information from the start on what to expect and even had a travel guide. The beach was the cleanest I have seen and the water was crystal clear. The house has everything you need. My favorite was relaxing in the master bath tub after a busy day of play. My niece and my daughter, who are 23, said this was the best trip ever. I agree!

Thanksgiving Stay

My entire family loved the condo. It is very spacious for all 8 of us. Very clean and has everything you could possible need. Even a first aid kit which we needed. Palm Cay is quite compared to Nassau which I enjoyed. Michael is on the spot available for anything thing you need.

Absolutely Perfect Home!!!

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had far more room that we needed and was well furnished. The kitchen is great for cooking and entertaining and it is well stocked with nearly every tool that you could need. Location is great as it is only a few steps to the beach and the beach club. Palm Cay was great and not busy while we were there, so we had a lot of beach and pool time to ourselves. Mike was great at communication and provided us with a ton of great information that was super helpful. Thanks again!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family met at the property for a vacation. We had 7 adults and 4 children. The property is even better than the photos. The location across from the pool and beach is fabulous. It is about 20-30 mins from Nassau. We used taxis and one day rented a car right there at palm cay. Both were very easy. We loved our stay.

Amazing Place - Details on Area, FYI

This house is probably the nicest VRBO I have rented in my life, the owners thought of everything and the Marina where it sits, has a lot of things for adults to do and for kids as well. The house has everything, three floors. First floor has an amazing kitchen, dining room and an office as well as a nice living room. 2nd floor has three bedrooms all with their own bathroom, two queen bed rooms, and a large king bed room. 3rd floor has a nice bar/pool table room, as well as two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The marina has a gym, pool, restaurant, spa, as well as amazing staff! Your about a $80 ride on a taxi to downtown or paradise beach, so plan for that when you visit. There is a grocery store about 1 mile walk from the hotel with everything you will need if you want to eat on site, vs. going out to eat. Security was very high at the Palm Cay Marina, very safe area to be. We loved this location, the house, and the owners are amazing, very easy to communicate with! Would recommend this place to anyone that asked!
