I was disappointed in the conditions of hotel and grounds and slides. I it is definitely showing signs of aging. I booked a garden view room but was told I was upgraded to a canal view. I don’t think it was an upgrade.

The property is massive and beautiful. The room itself was basic. The "Water View" was a view of the roof of the building next door. I could see the water in the treetop line. It wasnt the best, but not the worst. You have to make reservations for dining ahead of time. I suggest as soon as you make your booking. All of the stores and restaurants are very expensive. Example a coke is 4-5 dollars on resort and you can walk a block down the street and get it for less than$2. But I guess thats the price you pay for staying at the Atlantis. Casino was full of teenagers, so be prepared for that. Overall , It was good.

A Disney World experience. The setting is gorgeous (it’s the Bahamas!), but it is expensive and fabricated. Everything costs extra. While there are tons of places to eat, you’ll get bland, overpriced, very similar things at most places with the exception of the high-end, reservations-required restaurants which are worth the cost. We tried Fish and Seafire and both were delicious. Our room was clean and nice (could have used some touch-up paint here and there), but there was trash scattered around our patio and the hair dryer was broken. Not a big deal but it took two calls to get a hair dryer and those just seem like easy things to check before a guest arrives. We got early check-in in a first floor room which was great. The halls were incredibly noisy tho. This seems like a fun place to stay if you have the money and need to keep young kids busy. Aquaventure and the aquariums are fun. And there are free movies and a Barbie theme that will appeal to some. We were also there during a GradCity trip. I googled it. It’s a senior trip schools can book that probably makes parents feel like their kids are much safer on their high school spring break because it comes with a 24/7 emergency “chaperone” and some lectures on the buddy system and making good choices. I probably would have bought into it when my kids were that age but what I saw were swarms of 18 year olds getting trashed and gambling in the casinos or hitting up older men at the pool side bars for round of shots.

The Coral is the cheapest place to stay at Atlantis. The rooms are somewhat small but clean. Only the television was modern. Thankfully we could not hear through the walls. The pool is nice and there are a fair amount of chairs. The water was freezing though. There is food and beverage service but you have to hunt down servers. Charging things to the room is convenient. It’s is also nice that there’s a snack bar at the Coral for breakfast and lunch options. Food is incredibly expensive at this resort so be prepared to bring a lot of money!

The worst experience ever!!! Bunch of lazy people working in every single part of Bahamas. Rude as hell!!! Hotel is big for nothing, dirty rooms!!! Pool super crowded and cold. They don’t have a single bar near a pool, where u can go and grab something. Drinks are more expensive than Nobu lol. I mean food is the worst… if u are use to have fat food and greasy, so please come to Bahamas. I will never be back to the lazy island of Bahamas. I rather go to Cuba, than here. Maybe Cuba doesn’t have food but everything else is fine

I must say the service at the Atlantis has significantly gone down the past few years. Staff is lazy, inattentive and most have terrible attitudes . Definitely not the type of treatment customers want to receive when they charge the prices they do.

The room was good, walks are paper thin. Noise was a major factor, if you are going in the spring the coral seems to host a lot of college spring breakers and they are loud. Bed was not great but overall it was a decent room for the price

This was probably the best vacation we had in many many years. Atlantis is the real paradise for those who searched for fun and exclusiveness. It will take you not less then a week just to discover everything the Atlantis offers. If you have kids, you don't have to look further. This place is created with the word "children". But if you prefer calm and adult community, choose Cove at Atlantis. Perfect beaches, sightseeing shopping and the casinos.

*****THIS IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE****** Overall this property felt impersonal and industrial. Its base cost is on par with all inclusive competitors but you can expect to spend an additional $100USD per person per day (before alcoholic beverages or activities) It was big and clean. Staff were perfectly professional and polite but you can do better elsewhere
