The staff was one of the best I've seen in a long while. Everyone was helpful and always smiled. The drinks were extremely good. Not cheap on the alcohol at all. Saturday night they had a band Exodus that played great music. The heated pool was a welcome. I would definitely go back.

I would rate this property 3/5 stars. I was disappointed and not impressed with the quality of my stay walking into what is rated as a 4 star resort. I will say the staff was friendly overall and the pool area ambiance was lovely, but that’s all I can comment positively on. For a 4 star resort the quality of food was sub par, barely warm at times, dry, and not fresh tasting. The first night our shower drain that was surrounded by a circle of rust did not drain, so we called and it was remedied. The fourth day my friend got sick with vomiting, and had not drank at all, so unsure what caused that. On the fifth day we came back to the room with only our beds made, room not cleaned and no towels restocked. What I did appreciate was the complimentary changing room to shower when we left for a later flight. It’s not too far from the Atlantis and is close to cabbage beach which was also nice. I wouldn’t return to this location.

We had a great stay at the Warwick, majority of the staff was very friendly, the buffet was surprisingly good (better than the restaurants), property was large with lots to do, and overall a great bang for your buck compared to other resorts in the Bahamas.

Staff were friendly, but the food was disappointing, prompting us to spend extra on better options. The buffet is not open all day like those at other all-inclusive resorts. I chose this resort for the all-inclusive package so I wouldn't worry about my adult kids eating at specific times. However, they stay up late and wake up late, and on the first morning, they didn't eat until dinner. I will not return.

First off the whole resort was so clean!!!, spotless, The entire staff was so friendly and you could tell they enjoyed engaging in conversation! I stayed for Xmas and they had a lot of activities and delicious restaurants. Even tho all inclusive, the resort was located near local eateries, shopping and Cabbage beach- I will be back
