This luxury 18th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite management company on Navarre Beach.

Resort Amenities include pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, and 2 Full beds in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra fees may apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

The exterior front door area of this unit is monitored by a RING doorbell camera.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please call to reserve at least 3 days in advance.

Perfect Vacation spot for relaxing!!

Took our first steps inside the condo and we were taken back by how nice this place was. This was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed at. The furnishings and decorations are done with the perfect touch. We stayed for a week and loved every second of it. The furniture was very well kept and comfortable. The views of the beach and ocean were amazing and to be able to have those views also from the master bedroom and bath was just perfect. The wine fridge was a nice added bonus and the reverse osmosis drinking water system was a HUGE bonus for us! There isn't anything that we would change even if the place was our own. We definitely recommend this unit and would 100% stay here again. This was our 1st time in Navarre and we loved it. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and we only had to wait one time for less than 10 mins for dinner. If you are looking to relax and feel good about where you are staying, book this place now!

Not comfortable furniture

The kitchen was well equipped and appliances were nice. We found the couch to be useless because is was broken. The master mattress was old and very uncomfortable. A foam topper just made it worse. The dining table chairs were too short for the table.

Condo was great.

The condo it’s self was great. Our stay was pleasant. My complaint is they have 2 elevators and only 1 was working the whole time we was there. This unit is on the 18th floor. Not once did I see them working on the other elevator. The one semi working elevator had issues. I personally got stuck on the 13 floor and had to keep messing with the buttons to get it to work. This is a very big concern since I am handicapped. The last night we was there, we wanted to go walk the beach one last time. Guess what? The elevator was not working at all. No lights nothing. I was glad to leave when our vacation was up. You would think as much as they charge for these condos they could fix Both elevators correctly.

Beach and Property Review

Our stay was wonderful, outside of the fact that one of two elevators was working for a 19-floor building (East tower), and the beach was so completely full of seaweed; so much so that it turned the beautiful turquoise waters to black and smelled of dead fish. There were occasional spots where it was acceptable to swim on the beach, but some were a walk down the beach a ways. If We were on vacation for purely a nice room, we could have stayed home and rented an extravagant room for a week in town to enjoy. Pretty disappointing.

Beach get away

This condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable week at the beach. The kitchen had every appliance and utensils needed to make meals. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Nice resort

Condo was clean and well stocked. Grounds were well maintained. Kind and considerate staff. My one disappointment was that we weren’t informed about building hurricane repair work taking place until 2 days prior to our arrival. Certainly wasn’t expecting to see a maintenance person at my 18th floor window. Overall, good experience.
