Park in the resort’s covered parking garage. Take one of three elevators to the eighth floor where you will instantly feel the comfort of your new home away from home. Soak in the breath-taking view of the emerald colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand of Navarre Beach. Prop your feet up on the very spacious balcony, or enjoy the view from the air-conditioned inside. There isn’t a bad place to watch the waves roll in. If you choose to dine in, granite counters and stainless steel appliances make meal prep more enjoyable. If you prefer outdoor cooking, there are BBQ grills on the ground floor for your convenience. 8E was as comfortable as our own home, from the second we walked in we felt comfortable and the condo was extremely clean throughout! The Beach views AMAZING and I love that I could keep an eye on my 2 teenage boys at the pool from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we could’ve ever needed
huge plus!! Merle was quick to respond to any of my questions and so nice always! We will definitely book this condo again! Navarre now holds a special place in my heart and we can’t wait to come back!!

Best condo!

This condo is my new favorite place to stay in Navarre Beach! The condo was clean and updated. The kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated the dishwasher tabs and dish soap for us to use during the week. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to not feel cramped. The balcony was huge and we had amazing views. Beach Colony is by far the most upkept resort on the island! We felt safe the whole time and the resort was kept pristine the whole time we were there. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to both family and friends!

Clean and as described. Balcony is amazing! The only issue we encountered was the check in and out is not staggered so the elevator wait was pretty long loading in and out with a 100 or so guests sharing the elevators and carts. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the condo.

Lovely VRBO rental!

We loved our stay! Probably one of the best non food stocked VRBOs ever. (TP, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, makeup wipes, hand soap, dish soap) etc! We were expecting to have to buy all of that. The beds were comfy! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The balcony is perfect lovely view of the beach! The owner Merle is easy to contact/if needed. My single only complaint and I see it’s mentioned several times prior; is the door does NOT LOCK from the inside. No one can come inside from outside but kids can easily open it and escape. We had to keep an eye out that my 2 year old didn’t just walk out. There is no option to lock that door from the inside which was unfortunate we had to barricade it. I hope that can be fixed for young children!
