This beautiful Beach colony west condo is ready for your family beach vacation. The views of the Navarre pier, pool, and gulf are incredible! This 3 bed, 3 bath, unit provides flexibility for your friends and family. The kitchen is updated with quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, large undermount sink, and new stainless appliances. The living room has a 100" TV, as well as TVs in all the bedrooms with cable or streaming. The master has an i10 sleep number bed, and walk in closet. Beach colony is famous for its private entryways, circular terraces, and master bath spas. Covered parking, the largest pool on Navarre beach, tennis-pickle ball courts, community room, charcoal outdoor grills, and fitness room all make this condo the perfect choice for your family getaway. Beach service includes an umbrella and two beach chairs, contact the attendant when you go to the beach. Enjoy!

Great Condo

The condo was very nicely decorated with a very nice remodeled kitchen and the 100in TV in the living was an experience. Corresponding with the property manager was great. All questions were answered in a timely manner and it was just made for an enjoyable experience.

Beautiful view, well furnished and clean

We enjoyed our stay in July in this condo. It was very clean and well furnished. We cooked dinner 3 nights and had everything we needed. I personally appreciated that linens came with the condo and they even had a few beach towels in case someone needed them. The only negative has nothing to do with the condo itself, but the elevators are not air conditioned in this building. That was brutal in July coming and going from the 16th floor. Obviously the owners can’t help that though. I would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay

The views of the gulf were amazing. Navarre is a very cosy place and the beaches are stupendous. Jaime responded to our request to install an inside door lock, something we needed because we have a 4 year old, within a 24 hour span, something we found to be incredible. The master bedroom with the bathroom looking into the gulf was fabulous.

Vacay in a new place

Beautiful renovated place. Property is well maintained. The beach is incredibly soft and clean. You can walk to the pier and the best part is that it’s not overly crowded anywhere along the beach. The balcony is nice and big, and the view is amazing, as long as you don’t mind heights (that’s a dig at my husband since he wouldn’t get too close to the rail.) I would recommend that the owners supply a hairdryer, as that would be something nice not to have to carry if you are flying in. Some hangers would be nice too but we left about 24 behind so there are some available.
