Gulf Coast Getaways would like to introduce “Peachy Queen”, newer 5BR, 7BA plus bunk room, Navarre Beach home with private pool! Peachy Queen is a custom built 3700sqft. large, beautifully designed beach house that sleeps up to 20 people.

You’ll love the open floor plan with tile floors, nickel gap walls and designer features throughout. There are 4 large porches and a beautiful pool patio backyard that makes Peachy Queen great for family gatherings. An elevator makes the home easy for all ages. This home is one of the finest rentals on Navarre Beach.

Peachy Queen has a unique location with unobstructed views of both the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a 2 minute walk or electric golf cart* ride away. The cart is available to rent and seats 6, makes it easy to transport your beach gear and family. Bouncing between the beach and your private pool will be a breeze.

The house was built with high end appliances, furnishings and technology not found in all beach rentals. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that features a different tub surround tile accent color. Every room will remind you of the beautiful beach which awaits you with this rental.

The first living floor has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room that have water views in all directions. The high end chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with solid surface countertops, designer tile backsplash, double oven and an under the counter microwave. A large kitchen island seats 6 and there is a dining room table that seats 10. There is a dry bar with a wine cooler for use. The living room has sofas and chairs for everyone to enjoy the large flat screen TV. Front and back porches have additional seating for casual outdoor living. The sofa in the living room is a queen sleeper sofa.

This floor also has the first master king bedroom with clear views of the gulf and a second bedroom featuring built-in queen bunk beds, and full trundle, that face the sound. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower tubs. There is also a half bathroom on this level. We also have a roll away twin bed that can be used on this floor, in 2023 a queen sleeper sofa was added to the living room.

The other three bedrooms and bunk room are upstairs. The master suite has a king bed and twin pull out sofa. The master bedroom overlooks the sound with stunning views. The master bath features a designer private shower and a large soaking tub. The second master bedroom has a king bedroom that overlooks the gulf. The third bedroom has a queen bed with views of the sound. Both of these bedrooms have bathrooms with shower tubs. The bunk room has built in extended length twin bunk beds. There is a half bath next to the bunk room and a laundry room. The house has porches front and back. This house has it all!

Peachy Queen is chock full of great amenities. The large backyard has a private pool surrounded by beautiful brick pavers. The patio is furnished with plenty of chairs for relaxing in the sun. The pool can be heated during cooler weather*. You will enjoy outdoor dining with a propane grill and two picnic tables poolside. An outdoor heated shower can be used for a quick sand rinse before entering the pool or house. Beach towels are available in case yours were forgotten.

The garage adjoins the pool deck and contains storage areas for swim and beach toys. Bring your helmets and go for a morning or evening bike ride with one of the 10 bikes provided for guests (6 Adult and 4 children). We maintain 8 beach chairs and 4 umbrellas for use by our guests. There is a second refrigerator in the garage for easy access to drinks and cool treats. Plenty of parking is available in the front of the house.

*The Golf Cart is available to rent at a reduced price for the guests at $450 a week or $90 per day, with a 3 day minimum.
*Heating of the pool is optional. There is a $50 fee with an additional $50/per day. Heating of the pool may not be available if the temperature is too cold). *

>>>Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable $200.00 pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. ** >>>Peachy Queen is Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 2 Pets (must be small/medium dogs) - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.
