This is our second time booking here, and it has made for two incredible vacations! This condo has expansive views, updated finishes, and is the perfect location. The condo building itself is smaller than others, giving a more intimate feel. The three bedrooms are quite separate, so it can accommodate a family without waking each other up! The patio of this building has glass railings, which allows for much better ocean views, and gives nothing for little kids to climb up. The kitchen has everything you need. Most rentals skimp on cookware and silverware, but not this place! Although you need to supply your own coffee and cooking oil, there was a great spice cabinet. I spent each morning at sunrise fishing the beach and the pier, catching Spanish Mackerel for dinner. There are 3 great beach options close by. First is the beach right behind the condo where you have already paid for 2 beach chairs with the rental. Second is the state park area between Navarre Beach and Pensacola. Third is the Bay side, a great spot to take kids if the ocean is a little rougher that day. Both times we have stayed here the Blue Angels have done a "beach buzz" right by the condo, which is an incredible experience. Finally and most important, communication with the condo management has been great. They responded via text quite fast and have always been accommodating!

 we were literally worried to do something wrong!
