“Sea View Play” Beautiful Beach Home, Pool, Free 6 Seater Golf Cart

Sea View Play is a stunning three bedroom, three bath home, located in a private gated community. Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound side waters or three block walk to the Gulf of Mexico’s famous emerald green waters. This upscale home offers luxurious tile and wood flooring and granite counter tops for the perfect beach vacation setting.

The home offers a light coastal airy feel with lots of natural light, high ceilings, and large windows throughout. Conveniently located directly across from the pool & hot tub, just a short walk to the sound side beach.

From the moment you enter you experience a soothing serene atmosphere. With open floor plan, comfortable seating and warm palette throughout will set the tone for a memorable family and friends getaway.

Located on the main floor is a large open main living area with comfortable seating perfect for relaxing watching your favorite movie on the large flat screen tv. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with all cooking utensils and appliances you need to create your favorite meal. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with extra seating for three. There is a Guest Bedroom with queen bed and down the hall a full shared bathroom.

Proceeding to the second floor are two additional bedrooms. One king Master Suite that boasts a large glass walk-in shower, double vanity with granite counter tops, large flat screen tv. Guest Bedroom with two full-over-full bunk beds. Guest bathroom located in the hall with single vanity sink, granite counter tops, shower tub combo. There is also a cozy bonus room located off of the main hallway with a Queen size sofa sleeper and flat screen TV. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor as well.

This home is just steps away from the outdoor pool, hot tub, (pool not heated) and a short walk to the sound side beach path.

Large oversized garage with a ping pong table for your use during your stay.
Charcoal grill. Golf cart rental available, 4-adult bikes, kayak and paddle board (upon request) included with reservation just requires $500 refundable deposit. Pac n Play available upon request.

The house is right next to the pool and hot tub, just a short walk out the back door. Having use of the paddle board and kayak was great for the kids. The golf cart made it easy to shuttle over to the beach access and back. I didn’t realize there were bikes included son that was a nice bonus! We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Navarre. The VRBO was a short golf cart drive away from beach access and directly across from the community pool. The home was exactly as described with plenty of room for our family. It was clean and well kept. Perfect beach getaway

Great place just across the street from pristine white sand beaches. This place was amazing, our family enjoyed a relaxing getaway. And a huge plus was the golf cart!!! Made going back and forth to the beach easy and enjoyable!!! We will be back!

Great Memorial Day Weekend

Great stay, great amenities. The golf cart made going to the beach or getting coffee on the island a breeze. Close to the public beach but far enough down the island where it wasn’t crowded on a holiday weekend at all. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful home and great location

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and a family wedding. Other family members rented a VRBO three houses down from us. It was wonderful. If you are wanting to rent multiple homes, I highly recommend. It was a gorgeous neighborhood. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The property and location were awesome for a large family with large age ranges of kids. The view of the community pool from one of the patios allowed us to be worry free about the kids taking their own adventure and time over there. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Overall it was an amazing stay for someone that is looking for a home away from home along with a quieter environment than one would find closer to Pensacola Beach. Would stay again happily!

Fantastic Weekend Trip

Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Great communication from renter. House was extremely nice and spacious. Amenities were numerous. Took great advantage of the golf cart transportation which made the beach accessible in less than 5 minutes! We also took advantage of each sunset on the sound strolling out to the point. Will definitely stay again!

We did have to go to the store for spices as there were none in the house and this was the first VRBO we’ve not had any. We made many meals during the week and had everything we needed to cook. We grilled a couple times on the charcoal grill. We did buy more toilet paper and trash bags. The golf cart was amazing. We preferred the ocean but also visited the Sound side and used the kayak. Such a great location with the pool right across the street too. The house was big enough for all of us and was decorated nicely. This was our first time to Navarre and we really loved it. We always try and stay down a bit further from the busy condo areas in beach towns, and this is exactly that - a slower quieter area with more then enough room on the beach every day no matter what time we showed up. Excellent stay.

Fantastic vacation home

We absolutely loved this house during our stay!! Everything about it was perfect for our group. House was clean when we got there, the oven wasn’t working but I let them know and they had someone come out to fix it the next day so it was not a big deal. The golf cart was amazing to have when we went to the beach so it’s very nice it was included with the house. I also loved that the house is in a gated community. Evenings were so quiet and peaceful, absolutely perfect for families with children not wanting to be in crowded or rowdy vacation spots. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Reviewer Comments: The location of this beach vacation home is absolutely perfect — nestled between the bay and the beach, it made getting around a breeze. The included golf cart was a huge plus and made trips to the beach super convenient. The area itself is beautiful and peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind.However, the house itself left quite a bit to be desired. While it has a lot of potential, it’s definitely showing its age. The floors were dirty, and we constantly had to wash our feet after walking around inside. The cabinets were in poor shape, some nearly falling apart, and the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like comfort and cleanliness weren’t much of a priority, which unfortunately took away from the experience.Overall, while the location can’t be beat and the amenities like the golf cart were great, the condition of the home itself really needs some attention. With a deep clean and a few updates, this place could be a true gem.

Easy to communicate with, always available, well run and made us feel as a top priority. Things .. a gas grill would of been more suited for our group, the lawn chairs are rusted and though we used them they will need replaced soon, the umbrella was torn so we did not use, the driveway was not an easy fit for a mini van, the quiet hours were not enforced, the things were not a big deal just a suggestion for future guest. This beautiful home is located in a quiet gated community with the pool and hot tub directly behind it. The golf cart was an added bonus, we enjoyed riding and looking at all of the beautiful homes located on the island and also it was convenient to ride over to the gulf access. The beds were comfortable and the game room upstairs was great! We also loved the chairs on the balcony and enjoyed sitting outside! We enjoyed having bikes and the a ping pong table to entertain everyone. We cooked several nights and used the charcoal grill that was provided! Overall I can say this was the most comfortable and enjoyable home we have stayed in on vacation in Navarre! The house and property were very clean and updated. We did not have any issues except for the door lock and it was my fault for not reading the instructions on the door, but Chad responded promptly and offered to come a show us how to work the lock. He was great and very easy to communicate with.
