Country suite Papaveri ~ residence La Palma Negrar

The Papaveri suite is a delightful attic in the Valpolicella hills. Colors and finishes accurate in every detail, create the right harmony between its country style and the environment that surrounds it.
The apartment is located in Negrar, in a strategic and important point for Veneto tourism, between Verona - 10 km and Lake Garda - 20 km. The town is in the hilly area of Valpolicella and is surrounded by numerous wineries, producers of fine wines such as Amarone, Recioto and Valpolicella Classico, excellent restaurants / trattorias and tourist paths that can be covered on foot or by bicycle. 15 minutes by car is Verona, the "city of lovers" par excellence and source of the romantic love story between Romeo and Juliet. Lovers of nature and mountain biking can venture into the dirt paths between the huts of the Lessinia Natural Park, explore the Molina Waterfalls, experience the safari of the Natura Viva Park or stroll among the wonderful blooms of the Sigurtà Garden Park. From the peaks of Monte Baldo you can admire the splendor of Lake Garda, disperse yourself in the Pachi del Divertimento Gardaland and Canevaworld or relax at the spas in the caves of Colà or the Aquaderns spas.
Located on the 2nd floor in a private house (no lift), the Papaveri suite has a bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The room is furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds (they are 2 motorized orthopedic bed bases with memory mattresses) and an additional bed. Upon request, we can add (free of charge) a cot or a baby bed. In the lounge, the sofa is converted into 2 comfortable single beds with memory mattresses. The apartment also boasts a half-covered terrace of 40 m2, equipped with 2 sun loungers, gas barbecue, a table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is complete with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machines, pots, cutlery and everything needed for cooking. The house is equipped with blankets, towels, bathrobe, slippers, bed linen, hairdryer, courtesy set, intercom, safe, mosquito nets, armored door, air conditioning, independent heating, 40 "LED TV, WiFi, first aid kit, mini sewing set, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and detergents, iron and ironing board, clothesline and some books to read. At your disposal there is a car park inside the property and a picnic area.
In the apartment you will find our "service card" with various useful information during your stay, emergency numbers, taxis, restaurants and pizzerias with home delivery; for any other need please do not hesitate to contact me - my family and I live opposite.
We are at the foot of the hills, so we advise you to arrive by car. In the surroundings there are 2 small food shops, bakery, newsagent, tobacconists, restaurants and trattorias within easy walking distance. At 1 km you will find the bus station, supermarket, banks and other warehouses of various kinds.
- Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by me or my son and in compliance with current laws we will ask you for identity documents for registration.
- We are not a hotel, so always communicate your arrival and departure times in advance.
- We put hospitality and availability first.
-Smokers are invited to use the terrace.
- Respect and common sense are welcome.
-Only the final cleaning is included in the price of your stay, therefore we appreciate that the apartment is left in order. Thank you
