We are pleased to offer a pet friendly environment and ask that guests respect the following restrictions!
Travellers must inform the host if travelling with pets upon booking. A fee applies per pet maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds at any time. Sorry no puppies allowed, only potty trained pets to avoid damaging the concrete floors. Thank You!

"Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute delight! The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with the host was seamless. The noise from the bar below went on pretty late every night & there was always a homeless person or two right outside the front door. Other than that Unit B was cute & fitted our needs. Could of used a second set of towels, even though there was a washer & dryer. & extra blankets.

Bright sunny loft in heart of Baker
Modern decor and skylights make this loft a very bright and comfortable place. If you are on a working vacation this loft has the most robust WIFI in Nelson. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location
Great place right on Baker Street in the middle of downtown. You can park your car and forget it as everything is walkable from here. Great beds, lots of room, minimal noise from the restaurant below, not an issue at all.

Broken Hill Flats … Location, Location, Location
We spent 3 nights in Flat “B”. It’s location and amenities make it a Winner if you want to be close to everything on Baker Street. The King bed is so comfortable, wow! Didn’t use the second bedroom, can’t comment on that bed but I’m sure it’s super comfy too. Tons of closet space and the kitchen was well-stocked. Very clean unit, would definitely book again! Easy communication with Property Manager.
