A pretty 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment in a completely reformed and redesigned village house. Found in the old part of Nerja this modern property is a 5 minute walk away from the Balcon de Europa and the beach.

The entrance of the house leads us to an open, airy apartment that consists of a pretty, open plan fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, microwave, oven, 3 ring induction hob, washing machine, coffee maker and all necessary utensils) with a bar counter and two stools to breakfast at; dining area with table and chairs for six diners and a living area with a comfortable sofa and TV with international and spanish channels. This open area leads to a pretty interior patio equipped with a table and 4 chairs.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite shower room and the other with 2 single beds and the use of the family shower room.

The property has free wifi and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and is a comfortable option from which to enjoy village life.
