Welcome to this beautifully modernized apartment in the sought-after Coronado complex, ideally located just a short walk from Playa Carabeillo beach (300 metres), the famous Balcón de Europa, and a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and public transport links.



Situated on the third floor of a building with lift access, this apartment offers a fresh, contemporary design and all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.



Upon entry, you'll find the second bedroom immediately to the left, featuring two single beds, built-in wardrobes, and air conditioning. Beyond the entrance hall, the space opens into a bright open-plan layout that includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas.



The brand-new open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a ceramic hob, microwave-oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron, ironing board, and all necessary cookware and utensils.



The living-dining area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining table for two. Entertainment is provided via a TV with Spanish and international channels, plus Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the apartment.



Glass doors lead out to a west-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the afternoon sun. The terrace offers lovely views over the town of Nerja and is furnished with a table and two chairs—perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing.

Nerja is stunning and the apartment was fabulous, so modern,clean and had everything you could need

The apartment was newly renovated and we were the first to stay in it and it did not disappoint. Spacious, modern, comfortable very well equipped with all you would need for your stay. We had beautiful views from the balcony especially at night. Ourselves and family have stayed in this complex previously and it is great. Pool area has sunny and shady areas and Spacious even at busy times. Lifeguards on duty all day and toilet facilities available at the pool. The apartment is located in a very central area about 10 minute walk to balcon and beach. Plenty of great shops and restaurants beside apartment. As always alice and team were so lovely and helpful to deal with. We would highly recommend this apartment and also the agency to book any of their apartments. Thanks again and we will see you next year.
