100qm Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, living room with flat screen TV, large dining room with fireplace for 6 persons and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned and heated. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are available.
The 55qm terrace is south facing and offers a fantastic sea view. It has sun protection, dining table and 4 chairs with folding backrests, as well as a standing table with 3 height-adjustable bar stools, 2 sun loungers with upholstery, outside shower and built-in barbecue.
In the apartment there are: beach loungers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for children, as well as air mattresses, balls and a child raising for the washbasin. Books, children's books and toys are available.
The apartment is located in a very nice urbanization, 300 m from the beach and 2 km from the town center (bus service hourly for 1, - €, taxi for 8, - €, walk along the beach about 30 min.)
The communal pool has free umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as showers and toilets. Parking lots available.

This object is indeed beautiful but unfortunately because of the location not handicapped (accessible via a staircase).

A Paradise Hideaway
As this was our honeymoon all we wanted was a superb property with excellent facilities, in a beautiful development and an amazing view. And we got absolutely everything we could possibly have wanted. Thank you so much Britta! 😍xx

Great location in Nerja
There are 4 restaurants and a British ex-pat pub all in walking distance. Don't let the hills scare you. A pleasant 1.5 km walk along the beach gets you to Nerja. Go a little further to Playa de Burriana and Ayo for Paella and grilled sardines.

Pretty little place just north of Nerja
We enjoyed our stay. Definitely needed a car but we enjoyed being a little bit away from town. We didn’t mind the stairs even though we are all in our 70’s! All the nearby restaurants were very good and there was bus line close by. Easy checkin instructions, beds were comfortable and would recommend.

This was a gorgeous location! The view cannot be beat. You definitely need a car if you’re going to stay here, which we had and I knew already based on previous reviews. One thing that I somehow missed was that there are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment. Not a dealbreaker but I might’ve thought twice about booking it only because we are both older with bad knees. The place is a perfect spot to get away from the more touristy areas and it was comfortable and nice!

Lovely apartment with great view
The apartment was a really lovely place to stay. The terrace was so nice for sitting out and sunbathing, we used to bbq one night as well which was a lovely thing to have. The pool area was lovely and well maintained and always pretty quiet, it was great as well that there were clean toilets right next to the pool area so you didn’t have to go back to the apartment. The only downside was that we didn’t have a car, which we had planned on renting but for various reasons we didn’t, and it was really tricky getting around. We managed to get the bus from the bottom of the hill into Nerja few times, which was handy but it was often quite late and didn’t run very regularly. Taxis from Nerja were also often tricky to find. There is a little minimart in the hotel down the road but the walk is a slog and it has very little in it, really you need to access the supermarkets in Nerja for anything decent. There is a lovely restaurant at the bottom of the hill, the Mirador, which we would really recommend. Also, it is very very hilly - we are young and in decent shape and it was tough getting up and down the hill, which is something to be aware of. Britta was so helpful and flexible with checking in and out. If we had had a car it would have been perfect, and it was our fault that we didn’t, and would recommend it as a place to stay if you rent a car.

Relaxing stay with a beautiful view
A spacious and well furnished apartment which provided the relaxation and comfort we needed. The communication with Britte was very reassuring making the check in smooth and straightforward. The Urbanisation is just away from the main road so it is quiet; the apartments and gardens are well established and very pretty. The kitchen was well set up to cater there if desired. We ate at The Garden in Frigiliana and at the bottom of the hill El Mirador del Guiche which both provided wholesome and tasty local fare. The shared pool area with independent toilets are clean and well maintained. We hope to return.

Great location, excellent sea view and a huge patio area
Great property with everything for a fantastic vacation included. A couple of very nice restaurants located in walking distance. The internet was a bit unstable and needed to be restarted from time to time - TV streaming not possible.

Fabulous apartment great location. The apartment is in the sun all day and night.
This apartment is perfect if you don’t want to be in the busy hub of Nerja. It’s just a short walk into town along the beach. The pool is a great size and lovely setting. The terrace was brilliant and perfect views. We didn’t mind the climb back up the hill. Great restaurant half way along the beach not expensive and authentic food, tables on grass so not fancy but lovely setting. It was our first time to Nerja and we’re so glad we chose this apartment

Spent ten nights at this apartment. It was clean, well equipped with good outside space and lovely views. Unfortunately after a couple of days we realised the fridge was not working properly. When we contacted the owner she said she lived in Germany and there was nothing she could do, but if it broke down totally she would get the cleaner to check it out. I then advised her that it was running at 14 degrees. She replied and said she would get the gardner to come round. Eventually they came and replaced the fridge but this was the day before we were going home. It was very inconvenient and not the quick response I would expect. Before booking the property I asked if it was very hilly and if there was a supermarket close by just for essentials as we were not hiring a car. We were advised that it was a small hill and there was a small supermarket 800m away, this is not the case. Yes there is a supermarket but it is a lot more that 800m, which is fine but you then have to try and get up a very steep hill, this we only attempted once as it nearly killed us. After that we had to get taxis back just so we didn't have to walk up the hill (Please note I am not elderly). The Bus stop is at the bottom of the hill and runs every half hour and only one euro, so we got the bus in and taxi back which cost about eight euros. There are a couple of restaurants within 10 min walking and a couple of bars on the next urbanization but apart from that you really need to go into Nerja where you have everything you could want. As stated the apartment is very nice, in a very quiet location but if we were given correct information with regards to location then we would not of booked this property. If you are going to stay at this apartment then a car is a necessity.
