The apartment is centrally located. To the beach "Playa Carabeillo" it is a 10-minute walk, to the Balcón de Europa through the cozy city center as well.

All restaurants, tapas bars, bodegas and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

Malaga Airport is 72 km away. Via the A7 motorway it is approx. 50 minutes by car.

Wonderful 2 Week Stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Sabine was very responsive when we had questions. The location was excellent - easy walking distance to multiple beaches and the historic center with many restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store super close by. We had great views of the mountains and sea from the rooftop. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you, Sabine!

Sabine very welcoming and always available with any problems. Apartment very spacious. Quiet area but only 5mins walk to bustling centre. Close to supermarkets and coffee shops. Terrace is very big, with lovely sea and mountain views. (Not private but we saw nobody on it at any part of day for the 12days we stayed.) We had a car and didn't have a problem with parking in nearby carpark, 90 for 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely central apartment

We've just returned after a great stay in this apartment. Its a home from home with comfy beds & lots of little extras e.g. shower gel, condiments, washing liquid, dishwasher tabs etc. Its in a great location in a very spanish area, seconds from a lovely town square with cafe & only minutes walk to the centre of Nerja. The roof terrace offers sea views. No drawbacks but its on 3rd floor no lift & the terrace is a floor up in case you can't do steps. Air conditioning in most rooms which was lovely.

GREAT APARTMENT IN GREAT LOCATION, NERJA

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights and had a great time in Nerja! Good communication with Sabine before arriving and during stay. She came to bus station (only mins walk from aptmnt) to meet us and personally showed us everything we need to know. Apartment is on 3rd floor with no lift (for those with access issues) and the fantastic terrace is outside the main apartment and up another flight of stairs. It's huge with amazing sea and mountain views, large dining table, loungers and washing line. No light for night time though - candles work well! The apt itself is a real home from home with absolutely everything you could need for short or long stay. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher - basic items for cooking (such as oil, seasoning etc - and all the dishes, glasses etc you could need. Fully equipped with cleaning materials. Two bedrooms ,- one a living room with sofa bed/TV, a dining area (with TV) and 2 additional small balconies. It's a tad old-fashioned in decor but don't let that bother you - it's fab! And location is just perfect - 5 mins walk to all the shops/bars etc in the old town and only 8 mins to Balcon and the beach. There's a supermarket 4 mins walk away, lovely restaurants in immediate area and a bodega right next door (not noisy though). We absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back!

In dieser Altstadtwohnung im 3. Stockwerk ohne Aufzug, mit Zugang zu einer Gemeinschaftsterrasse im 4. Stockwerk, lebt sich wie auf der Strasse.Jegliche Isollierung fällt, so dass mit geschlossenen Fenstern jedes Wort, jede Unterhaltung auf der Strasse und noch schlimmer, das ständiges Tag und Nacht geräuschvoller Verkeher der Motorräder durch die engen Gassen zu hören ist.Keine Wohnung für Ruhesuchenden oder zumindest für Gäste die in der Ruhe schlafen wollen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle notwendigen elektrischen Geräte sind vorhanden. In der funktionalen Küche sind sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, um die Geschirrspülmaschine energiesparend auszulasten. Die nutzbare Dachterrasse ist genial. Allerdings muss ich einen Kommentar von vorherigen Besuchern berichtigen:Die Dachterrasse kann auch dzt. von 2 weiteren Wohnungen in diesem Haus genutzt werden. Jedoch nutzt nur eine Partei 2 x pro Woche die Dachterrasse zum Wäscheaufhängen. Das stört nicht weiter.Die Eigentümerin Frau Selle, ist deutsche Staatsangehörige und spricht damit einwandfrei deutsch und lebt schon 13 Jahre in Nerja. Damit konnte sie mir sehr gute Ratschläge auf meine Fragen und auch wertvolle andere Tipps geben.So konnten wir z.B. gemeinsam die defekte Mikrowelle durch eine neues Gerät völliig unkompliziert ersetzen.Also ingesamt eine toller 7 wöchiger Aufenthalt!!!Rüdiger Kunstmann mit Aufenthalt von Ende Oktober bis kurz vor Weihnachten 2025

Wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung nahe Altstadt und Strand

Es ist eine wunderschöne saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem drum und dran in einem Wohngebäude, in dem ansonsten spanische Familien wohnen. Sabine ist eine bezaubernde, freundliche Vermieterin; es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und die alleinige Terrassennutzung ist fantastisch. Einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus zu ergattern wäre ein Fünfer im Lotto, aber wir standen auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz vom großen Supermarkt ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In die Altstadt 5 Gehminuten, zum Strand 10 Gehminuten. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall immer wieder buchen!!!
