Perched over the beaches of Nerja Spain, 3L Tuhillo is the Mediterranean penthouse of your dreams. Stunning seafront views, spacious modern facilities, and all the comforts of home. Designed and furnished as a second home for the architect/owner's family, it's almost twice the size of any other apartment in the Tuhillo building. 180 sq m. - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, two separate lounges (both seafacing), a front terrace directly overlooking the pool and the sea, as well as a huge 80 sq. m. private rooftop with sun loungers and a BBQ for dining under the stars. Year round Community garden and pool. Air conditioning/heating throughout. Plus high speed fibre optic internet/wifi. This third floor walk up is just a 6 minute stroll to the main town square, making a car an option, not a requirement. Due to the very special nature of this facility, rentals limited to 2-7 people.

Ideal for families, friends and couples, its generous indoor setup gives everyone loads of personal space. A Smart TV offers English and international programs (Netflix etc). Connect you Iphone or Ipad to the in-house stereo. You will also find a large library of books for beach or poolside reading. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD: Quiet residential district with a great little café on the corner. Any number of excellent restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are just a stroll away.

THINGS TO DO: Down on the beach there are water sports from kayaks and pedalos, to parasailing. Or enjoy a wood-fired paella at the “chiringuito” restaurants on Burriana beach. Take the kids to visit the famous Nerja Caves, or the pirate tower at Maro just down the coast! Wander the streets of Nerja, a typical Andalusian town and enjoy the atmosphere. Browse the Tuesday street market. Or Visit the Moorish fortification at nearby Almuñecar and Salobreña. More for the kids? Sea Life, the Selwo Dolphin show & Tivoli World, all at a drivable distance in Benalmadena; the water slide park at Velez Malaga, and even a crocodile farm. Tired yet? How about a day with a good book on the apartment rooftop's sun loungers.

This apartment is superb and in a perfect location in the centre of Nerja. Seven of us stayed here and found there really was everything we needed in the apartment. A beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need for a perfect family holiday. Close to good beaches and restaurants and bars and transport links. Great to have a washing machine and full size fridge freezer. The pool is clean but the hand rail and ladders were unsafe.The views are spectacular.

Dejlig lejlighed med skĂžn udsigt.

Det var en stor og dejlig lejlighed. Der var dog ingen elevator og mange trapper. Dette var dog kun et problem ved ankomst/afgang med tunge kufferter. Der er ogsÄ mange trapper ned til stranden. Poolen var varm. Udsigten var bare fantastisk og aircon var skÞn, sÄ man kunne kÞle af og isÊr at man hver isÊr kunne bestemme hvor koldt man ville have det pÄ sit vÊrelse. Der var skygge pÄ teressen hele dagen. Mange steder hvor man kunne gÄ aftentur og meget liv om aftenen og butikker der fÞrst lukkede kl. 22.00 og derefter.

Perfect Stay in Nerja

Wonderful location

Except the broken air conditioning on a few very hot nights, this place was wonderful. The hosts were responsive, location was ideal and the apartment was perfect for our small group. Pool was small but adequate and the beach is steps away. Views are out of this world from the balcony and rooftop deck!

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war absolut unkompliziert und freundlich. Sie hat alles perfekt fĂŒr uns vorbereitet und arrangiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist live noch schöner als auf den Fotos. A week here was not enough. Love, love, love!

Such a lovely penthouse. We could not have asked for a better place, right on the coast. Each morning, we'd wake up, go to the balcony and stand in awe at the views. The place was spotless with every amenity we could think of. The host was extremely helpful, providing tailored instructions just for our trip. My only regret is that we only booked 7 days. I wish it were 30 days. We can not wait to come back. Highly recommend you stay here.

Family week stay in Nerja

We chose this apartment based on location as we were travelling with parents who were both 80, and worried about the hills of Nerja. It worked out perfectly being right on the waterfront with easy access to both the beaches and main town. The apartment was very spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a beach holiday. Fabulous everything!

From our first enquiry to departure, this has been a stress free booking and a most enjoyable experience. The accommodation was clean, airy, really spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Tuhillo is just the best place to stay and this apartment was the icing on the cake! Breakfast or evening night cap on the balcony or rooftop with stunning views of the sea. A quiet neighbourhood but still central to all the wonderful restaurants and local supermarkets. Nora, our host, was great to communicate with us, making sure our check-in was problem free. Super apartment in great location for the town and beach

We had a brilliant week in Nerja. The apartment was great, very spacious, the most stunning sea view and very well equipped. We had three generations staying and all were well catered for. The toys kept the kids well occupied between trips to the beach and pool and the kitchen/bbq facilities allowed us to cook some great food. The location is great for the beach, a short walk down the steps to the lovely fine pebble beach. The water is perfectly clear and we swam and snorkelled every day. The beach umbrellas provided were a great addition in the august sun. The pool was lovely, clean and warm. There was always loungers and plenty of shade provided by the trees if needed. The Balcon de Europa is about a 10 minute walk providing many options for shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and the hosts were very helpful.

Mother-Daughters Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tuhillo 3L and absolutely fell in love with Nerja!! The views from the apartment are incredible, made all the more enjoyable with the ample comfortable patio furniture -- perfect for enjoying the sunrise with coffee or sunset with a gin & tonic. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Doing laundry was especially easy, given the multiple rooftop drying lines. We did not have a car and did not need one at all. Grocery stores, many many amazing restaurants and cafes, and lots of shopping are all within an easy, enjoyable, walking distance. The owners were very pleasant to work with. Check-in was seamless and easy (the owners even included a map with walking directions from the bus station since we were arriving by bus). We look forward to returning someday!!

Wonderful apartment with the most beautiful sea view

During a family trip in May/June 2023, we stayed in Nora and Tim's apartment. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend it. In addition to being in a prime location just above Carabeillo and Burriana beaches, it is also close to Balcon de Europa and the town center with its narrow streets, beautiful shops, and excellent restaurants. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living rooms in this clean and spacious apartment. It also has a big roof terrace and a balcony with fabulous sea views. Nora and Tim are the best hosts, they answered all our questions and even arranged a taxi for us from the airport. We would love to stay with Tim and Nora again.

Fantastic spacious apartment with great views

We were a party of seven (age range 12 to 70's), the apartment was fantastic and so spacious and It must have one of the best veiws in Nerja! It is also in my opinion perfectly placed as it is roughly the same distance to walk to either the older part of town or the main beach area, both have great restarants. Nerja has some fabulous places to eat and we always had great food. There is plenty of watersports from pedalos to para-sailing. The guys in our group went for a quad bike tour one morning and really enjoyed it. The Nerja caves are worth a visit (best to book in advance) and are just a bus ride away.
