Lovely villa in the relaxing urbanisation of San Juan de Capistrano

This beautiful two bed south facing villa in the private urbanisation of San Juan de Capistrano benefits from fantastic sea views. Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin room). There is a sofa bed in the lounge. Additional bed linen can be provided on request.
The bathroom has been recently modernised (see photos) to include a large walk in rain shower.
Both bedrooms have sea views and open out onto a large terrace. The kitchen has also been modernised and has a washing machine, oven, hob and dishwasher. The terrace has a large comfortable seating area and a table for outdoor dining. There is also a small private garden. There is a beautiful, large, shared pool, a short walk from the villa with two pool bars/restaurants and also a children's pool area. The town is within walking distance and there is also a regular local bus service and reliable taxis. Nerja has 5 beaches to choose from including the lovely Burriana beach which is the largest and has bars and restaurants along the front. The town has a lovely Spanish feel with a large pedestrian area by the famous Balcon de Europa which is host to many festivals and local entertainment.
