TrĂšs bel endroit, mais...

La maison est magnifique avec une superbe vue, mais nous avons louĂ© une maison pour une capacitĂ© de 8 personnes et n'y avait pas 6 verres identiques, ni de plateau, 1 seul poĂȘle moyenne, 2 petites casseroles et 1 seul saladier de taille moyenne... bref le petit Ă©quipement n'est pas Ă  la hauteur de la prestation pour 8 personnes. Et il n'y avait aucun d'aspirateur ou balai.

Amazing view

Everything was perfect. The house is even nicer than on the pictures. The view is amazing from the morning to the night. Sonia was really nice to us upon our arrival. We had a little trouble with hot water and it was taken care of nicely and Easily. I strongly recommend this place. Thank you for everything.

Amazing!

Une villa d’exception! Belle, propre, lumineuse, spacieuse! Piscine avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Tout y est pour passer de merveilleuses vacances! Nous avions pris 3 semaines et Ă  la fin de ses 3 semaines, nous Ă©tions tristes de rentrer. Le propriĂ©taire et ses assistants sont trĂšs chaleureux et font tout pour que vous puissiez passer un magnifique sĂ©jour! Nous allons y retourner trĂšs bientĂŽt, c’est certain!

Fantastisk utsikt

Detta hus Àr nÄgot alldeles extra. VÀldigt stort och rymligt samt en utsikt över medelhavet dÀr man ser hela Nerja. Vi tillbringade den mesta delen av semestern högst upp vid poolomrÄdet. Kan verkligen rekommendera andra att hyra detta hus.

Wat een fantastische plek!!!

Panoramazicht van zonsopkomst tot zonsondergang, in Ă©Ă©n woord fantastische locatie. Prachtige woning, schitterende infinity pool. Van de vierde slaapkamer staan geen foto's on line, die had geen raam en dus geen verse lucht. Dat was jammer maar verder was het geweldig.

Wonderful house but a construction site around it...

It is a wonderful house with a wonderful view over Nerja. BUT
 You have to tell your guests that it is a construction site as the nearest neighbor. The view to the south was not what we expected, scaffolding and construction cranes. Very disappointing. And they where working full day on thursday when we arrived (the noise was unbearable). They planned to work on friday and saturday as well, despite that friday was a national holiday. Thanks to Tonya who get over and talk to them they did not work on that house on the weekend. We are very glad for that. /Ingemar"

Great Villa, Spectacular View

This is a great villa just outside of Nerja. The view is spectacular. The property was very clean and well maintained. We were 2 couples and thoroughly enjoyed the our stay, the infinite pool and the deck off the living room. The only real drawback to this property is the drive up from the main road and even that isn't bad until you get right up to the property. Just before the property there is a utility pole right in the middle of the roadway which requires you to drive very close to the edge of the road.

What could have been

The proximity and noise from the local building work spoild what could have been a perfect getaway. The disturbance was from 8am until 8pm most days. Albeit we were notified of minor works at the last minute and given a small refund this was not a true reflection of the magnitude of the building works and the noise levels produced. I registered the complaint with Ron who is a nice guy who understood our dissatisfaction but any solution we discuss was out of his control.

Absolutely amazing!

Just arrived back after a Week in this beautiful villa and what a week we have had! The villa is perfect in every way, we stayed with 6 adults and there was ample of room and family living areas. We enjoyed BBQ’s on the terrace most days and then ventured in Nerja on a few occasions with Ron’s recommendations. Communication was fantastic from start to finish. We can’t wait to return. You couldn’t ask for better views everyday from your sun lounger!!

Stunning Mediterranean Views

The most impressive thing about this stay, is the view of the Mediterranean and the towns, from just about every room. I can only imagine how perfect it would be to stay here during the warmer months when you can comfortably use the infinity pool. Communication and support from the owner + property managers was great and prompt. My only knock against this house, is that Google doesn't quite know how to find it, which is especially difficult when trying to navigate up a mountain in the dark. My advice, take a video as you follow Tonia (a lovely property manager, who will meet you at a meeting spot) up to the house. Also worth mentioning, is the generous gift basket full of goodies that our host gave to us upon arrival. Definitely recommend this place.

An Excellant mordern holiday property that cattered for all our needs with breath taking views.

Ian-Bristol- United Kingdom We stayed at this amazing villa on the tenth of September for five nights. We met Tonia at Nerja ( the assistant to Ross), who we followed for about ten minutes to the villa. On arrival we were given the guided tour,keys and left to settle in. The villa was situated on top of the mountain and was perfect, a modern contemporary building cascading down the side of the mountain over four floors .Each room was clean and bright with individual design to the interiors and patio doors leading on to outside terraces. The outside of the building was finished in a crisp white render with beautiful white floor tiles. The roof terrace housing the infinity pool had stunning views of Nerja to the left , the coast line and sea in front and a typical beautiful Spanish village built into the mountainside. My Son and Daughter along with their partners and myself spent many hours in the pool cooling off from the hot sun. Ross Van Gelderen and Tonia his assistant were perfect Hosts making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Hope to return next year to this truly grand design.

We have enjoyed our vacation here very much, the house was amazing, we loved the pool and the amazing views of the sea and the mountains a lot. The only feedback we can provide is what we told you previously: the humidity of the basement and that it would be nice to have air conditioner in the living room for the days without wind. But this is just small things that we will tell you for your information, we enjoyed our stay very much and the house was amazing.

Amazing property

We stayed as a family in mid August at this amazing property just outside Nerja. The property had the most amazing rooftop pool area which gets the sun all day and with the beautiful infinity pool my two young kids never tired of swimming and playing there. The views from the property are stunning, whether you’re sitting up by the pool or out on the balcony from the living area looking out I struggle to believe there are better views in Nerja and so peaceful as well. The villa itself has been built and finished to an amazingly high standard, certainly one of the best villas we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Ross continually checked up on how we were and if everything was ok or if we needed anything, brilliant host and made everything for the two weeks we were there really easy. We will certainly be looking to return here again next Summer. Thanks once again for an amazing Summer holiday home
