Pinomar D is located just 350m from the award winning Burriana beach & within walking distance of the centre of Nerja & the Balcon de Europa.



Part of a small complex of 4 properties sharing the delightful swimming pool & gardens.

An end of terrace villa with 5 bedrooms to sleep 10 people. Access to the villa is via approx 12 steps. Accommodation is on 2 levels, with the lower level comprising spacious air conditioned lounge, 3 bedrooms (a double & 2 twin), a family bathroom with shower & a separate guest washroom. There is also a dining terrace with a gas BBQ on this level.



The upper level comprises the fully fitted kitchen, dining room with access to a spectacular terrace with sea views, a double bedroom also with access to the terrace, another family bathroom with bath & shower over plus another twin bedroom.

From the upper level terrace there is spiral stair access to the roof terrace solarium with sunbeds etc.



Features include air conditioning to all bedrooms, the lounge & the dining room. Free wifi. International TV. Community parking area within the gated complex. All in one of the best locations in Nerja, just a stone's throw from the beach & it's many bars & restaurants.



Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants.

The quick service. There was a problem with the coffee machine and we received a new one within 4 or 5 hours. Great. The blankets were warm ar night. We should like it if there is a solution between the actual blanket and no blanket.

Nice and clean ,great location for beach and shops, lovely walk to the town whick takes about 15 minutes. Would be nice to have sunbeds around pool area plus the wall needs painting. Also coukd do with a parasol on top balcony. Beds and pillows very comfortable

Really nice appartment close to the Beach.

Really nice appartment, with 3 terraces with morning sun and shadow in the afternoon/evening. Fine Roms with aircondition and a fan. Fine pool area. Appartment is very close to the Beach and walking distance to Nerja. We had a really good time.

Near the beach, nice house Unfortunately the working in the neighborhood was noisy during weekdays 8.00-18.00. The keys was not marked which was irritating when we come/leave We had appreciate more lamps so that we could read in bed.

Great house with super view and location

Great house at a super location. Perfect to stay with max 8 people So you can Share thé bathroooms with 2 couples . Good to have 3 toilets. Clean house but furniture and outside furniture need a little refreshment. Outside functie and sun screen , Matje make bath first Floor also shower

Highly recommend this property. The location was perfect for our group. Best of both worlds 5mins to the beach & a 17min walk from the town. Choice of restaurants excellent. kitchen was equipped with every utensil you could think of. House was spotless, beds very comfortable. Hosts very accommodating & booking through CGnerjarentals was very efficient. A Thoroughly enjoyable stay, we'll be back. Quality of towels could do with being upgraded, also a problem with ants in kitchen coming in under locked door & also in bedroom on 2nd floor. Keys need to be marked more clearly

Location for Burriana beach was excellent. Communication with CG was excellent. Airport transfers arranged through CG and worked smoothly on arrival and departure days. Mix up with extra linen but cost refunded straight away when we advised CG we paid for a service not received. Mix up with extra linen. which I think was down to website functionality.

Perfect holiday property

The comfort and easy access to both beach and town. Spacious accommodation and bonus of a pool. Air conditioning in each room. Was lovely to be with friends in this a accommodation. Confirmation shows key code underlined. Unfortunately we are used to attachments and I didn’t realise I had to click on the underline to view photos. The internet was very slow. Not sure why. Maybe too many trying to use it? Some mentioned pillows not so comfortable though I found them good. Padlock to the pool to be maintained very stiff to open. Front double bedroom no dark curtain or blind so light very early on. Same with one twin. Other than that a lovely accommodation Hope to return again.
