On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, traffic calmed area, 2.3 km from the sea, 2.3 km from the beach, south facing position. For shared use: small, beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool (15 x 8 m, depth 100 - 175 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area. Private: small, beautiful, well-kept garden, public parking on the road. Shop 200 m, grocery, supermarket 80 m, shopping centre 23 km, restaurant, bar 50 m, bakery 1 km, café 80 m, pedestrian zone 2 km, bicycle rental 2 km, pub garden 200 m, bus stop "Nerja" 700 m, sandy beach "Burriana" 2.4 km, diving center 2.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Sports harbour 17 km, marina 1.7 km, golf course (18 hole) 23 km, surf school 17 km, sailing school 1.7 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 2 km, sports centre 1 km.
