Villa Ana Exotica is a luxurious villa that can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. This villa boasts four well-appointed bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway. Situated in the charming town of Nerja, Andalucia, this villa offers a serene and tranquil environment for guests to unwind and rejuvenate.
The villa features a spacious lounge area, perfect for socialising and spending quality time with loved ones. Additionally, the fully equipped kitchen provides guests with all the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals during their stay. For those who enjoy indoor entertainment, the games room is equipped with a pool table, while an external football table is also available for guests to enjoy.
The sleeping arrangements at Villa Ana Exotica comprise of two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, ensuring that guests have ample space to rest and relax. Furthermore, the villa features two shower rooms and a bathroom, providing guests with the utmost convenience.
The outdoor area of Villa Ana Exotica is equally impressive, featuring a brick built BBQ and a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 145cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm. The path leading to the terrace/pool area is 164cm wide. There is a gentle slope leading from the parking area to the poolside, whilst the terrace and alfresco dining areas feature a number of steps. This can be seen in the images. This villa is on three storeys. The ground-floor twin bedroom has a door width of 69cm, whilst the family bathroom has a door width of 62cm. The door into the kitchen is 105cm wide, whilst the lounge door is 138cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor where the twin bedroom door is 70cm wide, there is no bathroom on this floor. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This resort is still developing and we have been notified of an active building work site within the vicinity. We don’t anticipate the works having a significant effect on the enjoyment of your holiday, however they are visible from some areas of the villa grounds.
