Not what we expected.

From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Rosetta, die für alle Anliegen schnell und unkompliziert ansprechbar gewesen ist. Saubere Ferienwohnung mit einem Gemeinschaftspool, zu dem man auf dem Gelände über mehrere Treppen gelangt ist. Traumhafter Blick auf den Comer See mit verkehrsgünstiger Lage in der Mitte zwischen Como und Bellagio - beides sehr schöne Städtchen.Ärgerlich waren lediglich Fremdparker auf dem reservierten Parkplatz sowie die teils schwierige Verkehrssituation an Engpässen auf der Straße zwischen Como - Nesso - Bellagio.

Bij aankomst na warme vermoeiende reis bleek ons prive huis met prive zwembad een appartementencomplex De auto moesten we aan de ander kant van de weg parkeren. Met de bagage voor 2 weken dus enkele malen een onoverzichtelijke weg oversteken,daarna enkele tientallen traptreden omlaag naar een duistere achteringang om daarna weer omhoog te klimmen naar het krappe appartement zonder enige plek om buiten te zitten Kortom knap teleurstellend

Vacances lac de Côme

Logement tout à fait correct. Il s agit d un appartement et non d une maison. Attention il y a beaucoup d escaliers pour atteindre le logement et la piscine qui est assez éloignée. Nesso est un peu excentré mais heureusement le service de bus est pratique et peu cher pour se rendre à Bellagio et Côme. L epicerie au centre du village est top !

Beau séjour au bord du lac de Côme

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines à Nesso dans ce chouette appartement avec vue magnifique sur le lac de Côme. Belle propriété avec piscine. Joli petit village escarpé. 😉

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage, nicht ganz barrierefrei

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und offenbar erst frisch renoviert. Die Küche ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Ausblick und die Lage sind perfekt. Nachteilig ist für ältere Leute die Lage am Hang. Es sind sehr viele Treppen (auch zum Pool). Parkplatz ist etwas weiter weg (auch wieder viele Treppen über die Straße. Für VW Caddy gerade noch passend. Die Uferstraße von Como nach Nesso ist so schmal, dass es jedesmal ein Abenteuer ist. Spiegel sind aber beide noch dran... Die Wohnung und die Zimmer selbst sind relativ klein. Es wurde aber zweckmäßig eingeräumt. Für großen Leute könnte der Einstieg in die Dusche etwas eng sein. Klappt aber mit etwas Vorsicht. In der Küche sind Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank + Tiefkühlschrank vorhanden. Geschirr ist reichlich da. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde gestellt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder...

Schöne zweckmäßige Wohnung

Wohnung war schön und zweckmäßig, das Areal mit Pool sehr schön. Kontakt und vor Ort Betreuung was super. Nesso ist ein kleines Örtchen ohne viel Tourismus, hat uns sehr gefallen.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für den Comer See

Die Wohnung ist in der Anzeige sehr zutreffend beschrieben. Sie liegt in einem gepflegten Mehrparteienhaus im 1. Stock, sehr ruhig. Jederzeit konnten wir Kontakt aufnehmen, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Uns hat Nesso sehr gut gefallen, weil es hier weniger touristisch zugeht wie auf der anderen Seeseite. Wir waren ohne Auto und mit Hund unterwegs, was durch regelmäßige Bus- und Schiffsverbindungen sehr gut möglich war. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht sehr groß, hat aber alles was man braucht. Eine Terasse haben wir nicht vermisst, weil es rund um schöne Plätze zum Verweilen gibt und man in 3 Min. unten am See ist. Gut auch die Versorgung vor Ort mit kleineren Lebensmittellädchen, zwei Bars und Restaurants. Unser Sohn hat bedauert, dass der Pool noch nicht nutzbar war, aber das ist an Ostern ja auch keine besondere Überraschung. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Quelle vue !

L’appartement est très bien, et parfaitement situé pour découvrir le lac, proche de Bellagio où le ferry vous emmène partout. Et la vue ! Superbe ! Je recommande
