Three Night Summer Minimum!

Located in the charming town of New Buffalo, we welcome you to Pinewood Retreat! This gorgeous four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has been completely revamped from top to bottom! The main floor of Pinewood Retreat has loads of natural light and room to spread. Enjoy the cozy family room while watching your favorite show or warm yourself by the electric fireplace for those cooler autumn evenings. The fully stocked kitchen, with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops, has everything you will need. Dining area can seat up to six as well as island seating for three. Open the new double French doors to the front deck for additional outdoor dining space that can accommodate up to six.

Three bedrooms on the main floor. Primary bedroom with king bed and en suite full bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with two full beds. Full bathroom in hallway for these two bedrooms.

Kids and adults alike will LOVE the finished downstairs basement. Large flat screen television and sectional couch great for movie night. Have a friendly game of tabletop shuffleboard perfect for all ages. The fourth bedroom bunk room has two twin bunk beds over full beds along with twin trundles. Basement now has new full bathroom!

The large backyard features a new deck and lounge area perfect for soaking up the sun. Kick back and relax in the brand-new hot tub or roast some marshmallows around the fire pit (firewood supplied)! Prepare a delicious meal using the new gas grill to enjoy al fresco at the large outdoor dining table that seats up to ten. Just a short walk to sandy Sunset Beach, a private association Lake Michigan beach.

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including private beach access, hot tub, gas grill, washer/dryer, internet, heat/air conditioning, electric fireplace, fire pit, outdoor lounge area, two outdoor dining areas, and much more!

**All Guests required to sign our Guest Occupancy Agreement as well.

**Minimum age of 30 years old to rent.

Stayed here with my family for a long weekend beach vacation. Pleasant 10 min walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house accommodated 2 families with kids and grandparents well!

The place was great. Location was too, don’t skip the beach. Even in October it was a blast and just a short walk. Management company was timely and responsiveHow’s was great and updated. Only things preventing a 5 start experience were:1. The management company was very stingy about supplies. A 4 day 3 night stay only included 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods. Obviously not enough. More impactful, zero shower soap or shampoo. Had to make an hour round trip to the store to shower. Pretty frustrating. 2. They clearly decided to not finish the renovation. And while the house had a spot for a third bathroom, it was left undone and locked. 2 bathrooms for a place that sleeps 10 got pretty tough. And no bathrooms downstairs meant the kids were having to come upstairs constantly to use the facilities. Otherwise great experience. Would definitely recommend. The place is lovely and we had a great time.
