Aqua Beachcomber is the perfect home for your summer getaway! This home is located in New Buffalo just 1/2 a mile from Whittaker St and .8 of a mile to the beach. It features 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and a private room with a pull out couch off the living room (doors close for privacy). The living room has a fireplace, large TV and is open to the kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and walks out to the back patio and a large fenced yard. This home also has washer/dryer, internet, cable and a quiet neighborhood. This home is perfect for a small group for the weekend (off season and early June) or a full week (peak season). Beachcomber is near Stray Dog, Beer Church, Bentwood Tavern, Terrace Room, shopping, the Amtrak and the beaches of Lake Michigan. Only 90 minutes from Chicago! Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
