This newly built home on Hoopers Island offers you, your family, and friends a cozy, quiet, and peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoy stunning sunsets, backyard campfires, fishing, and crabbing on the pier—vacationing doesn’t get any better than this! You'll be welcomed with friendly smiles and waves from every neighbor you meet. Hoopers Island truly is the best little town on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland!

The space
- Approximately 2,300 Sq ft single floor home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- 2 œ acre lot with plenty of outdoor play area for adults and kids
- Plenty of land for outdoor activities, leads to pier

Bathroom: Bathtub, stand in shower, hair dryer, and cleaning products.
Essentials—sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper and toiletries.
Bedding: 1 king (master bedroom) with full bath, 3 queens, 1 full (Sofa bed), and 2 twins.

Kitchen and Dining: Dining table and kitchen island with stools.

Kern/Keen Wedding

This property was a perfect location for our family as we attended a wedding on Hooper's Island. After we were able to get in the house, we discovered an extremely welcoming home. The code vrbo sent was incorrect. Fortunately the owner after several emails, sent someone. She was got us in and showed us around. There were plenty of towels. The refrigerator was empty so we could immediately put our groceries away. We had forgotten coffee but there was also coffee and tea. There was a great game room for the kids. The outdoor deck had a wonderful view. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and wished we had longer to just relax and enjoy the island.

Perfect stay

Great location and amenities. Super clean and house is well appointed. There are actually two living rooms and the extra game room in the garage is a wonderful bonus. The backyard was great, with the volleyball net, fire pit, and boardwalk to the water. No luck on fishing for us either but little crabs and birds were fun to watch. Would absolutely come back and recommend to others!

Labor day weekend

The new island home is great. House was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Outdoor area was beautiful. Dock was great, although we didn't have any luck catching any fish.

Perfect fishing spot and nice house

The house has all it needs for a perfect stay, maintained extremely well, bay facing, nice view of sunrise and sunset from the deck. Enjoyed the fireplace, gazebo, etc. Although we couldn't catch fish right at the house side of the bay, but there are very good fishing spots nearby, could catch some crabs there though. Perfect getaway spot for ffiends, family trip.

Beautiful house with an wonderful host!

We arrived there couple hours early, and the host letting us checked in early. The house was super clean, and well organized. A convenient store is located right next door, so it's a super plus also. For fishing and crabbing, with a beautiful scenery.. What can you ask for more? We are coming back on August for family gathering, and can't wait for it. I definitely recommend this place to consider if you are looking for a place around here!

A great place to stay for vacation with friends and family.

We had a wonderful time staying at New Island home on Chesapeake Bay Sunsets. The house is very clean. Pau and Susan are great hosts. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. It's a great place to do fishing. Thank you for an unforgettable experience, we can't wait to come back!
