This is a well kept property. It is very modern and clean. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was greatly impressed by the check out process when the agent listened and extended compassion toward the reason for my stay.

I was visiting relatives with my mom(94) first they gave us a room in the 5th floor with bathtub then saturday my room key didn't work on doors so i walk with my mom to the front desk to fix the keys according to the yound lady at the front desk she fix it we walk to the room in the 5th floor to find out the keys don't work i leave my mom in front of the room and head back to the front desk upset i told the lady the keys don't open the door she went ballistic threatening to end my stays and telling me hotel dont need customer like me zero customer oriented personal in the front desk yoi dont treat customer like that especially when you didn't fix the problem in the first place
