Beach front condo with ocean views and community pool. 2/2 on non drive beach.

This is the ultimate in beach living! Enjoy the gorgeous ocean view directly from your balcony. Point East is a great beach community located on the non driving beach and minutes to downtown Flagler Avenue. It’s also within walking distance to different restaurants and a convenience store. There is a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, outdoor shower, covered picnic tables, private beach access, shuffleboard court, and outdoor grill. The complex connects directly to the 27th avenue park which features a playground as well as basketball and racquetball courts.

The unit has new plush carpeting as well as newly remodeled bathrooms for ultimate comfort. The furnishings are also brand new with a tasteful beach atmosphere. There’s a king bed in the main room with a private bath and 2 full sized beds in the guest room to accommodate 6 comfortably in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook including a coffee maker, tea kettle, and a full set of pots and pans.

Point East is a small well maintained beach community which has just undergone a complete renovation of the grounds. The building is 3 stories tall and our unit is located on the top floor, just 2 units away from the elevator.

New Smyrna Beach is conveniently located just 1 hour from the Orlando International Airport as well as the Orlando theme parks and attractions. It is also just 30 minutes from Daytona and the famous international speedway. The unit is walkable to many restaurants, an ice cream shop, and the Dollar General for your grocery shopping needs. It is conveniently located 2.5 miles from Downtown Flagler Avenue and just 2 miles to Publix. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have. We’d love to have you at Point East!

Ocean was visible from the balcony. Pretty, well laid out, clean condo with everything you need to enjoy a beach stay. Close to 7/11, dollar general and Publix. Quick drive to downtown NSB. Non drive part of the beach which I love. Excellent communication with host and supplied enough essentials (tp, paper towels, spray cleaner, garbage bags, dish/hand soaps
) so you didn’t have to buy all that and use only a little. Great vacay! Thanks

The unit was very well appointed with everything you would need. There was toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and napkins to get you started. There were condiments and sticks of margarine in the refrigerator.The living room furniture was new and very comfortable, as with the bed in the master bedroom. The master bathroom was also recently renovated. Point East is a lovely condo community. It was wonderful sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. We were there for the month of January, and maybe there were a few days of cold rainy weather, but it sure beat January in western Pennsylvania!!! The bottle of wine and crackers left by our host were also greatly appreciated. We would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at New Smyrna Beach. The condo was well-equipped with nearly everything we needed for our 2-week stay. The location is great, the grounds and pool lovely and we appreciated the elevator for hauling up groceries and luggage.

Excellent Accommodations

We were very pleased with the accommodations at point East and the owner Nikki Q. The condo was clean, comfortable and the resort had all the amenities that you would like right on the beach. Unfortunately, our visit was cut short by hurricane Milton, we were very impressed that our host inquired about our well-being and plans for evacuation. VRBO did refund us for the days we were not able to stay. I would highly recommend this resort and host.

Great location!

Needed a place to stay, so we could come down to attend my Great Nephew's 2nd birthday party on the beach at Hiles Beach ramp, this worked out perfectly. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

August Trip to the Beach

We really enjoyed the condo, it was accurate as listed. There were lots of little extras that were so nice. Spices in the cabinet, extra facial tissue, hangers in the closet, and beach towel and toys. There was some maintenance going on at the property while we were there but that is expected in the off season. The property is very well maintained. I recommend the 3rd week of august when all the kiddos go back to school. We had the pool and beach to ourselves. Such a great trip!
