Ocean walk in beautiful, quiet New Smyrna Beach!

This is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit located in beautiful New Smyrna Beach! The unit has a balcony looking to the intracoastal channel & preservation forest where you can see stunning sunsets and enjoy coffee or tea in the mornings. The master bedroom has the same view! The unit has plenty of storage space, ample kitchen area with washer and dryer on site.
We are in a quiet and modern complex, with dedicated beach access that takes you safely to the ocean in just few steps. It is a gated community where your vehicle can be securely parked (except for oversized vehicles, trailers or boats). Amenities include tempered pools, Jacuzzis, gym and sauna rooms, tennis court, two clubhouses, one movie theater, with a well kept gardening and exterior décor. Also, a few blocks south there's the famous JB's Fish Camp, and the beautiful Canaveral Seashores National Park it's just minutes away. You surely will relax in this corner of paradise away from the crowds and surrounded by nature and beauty!

Quality condo complex but this unit is not worth the price

The property is poorly maintained. Towel rack missing in bathroom, peeling wallpaper, light bulbs missing in the kitchen, uncomfortable beds and furniture. We cleaned the kitchen and mopped the floors as soon as we got there..The washing machine overflowed and flooded the condo. Also toilet seats were loose,one broke off. We requested a partial refund.

Family Vacation

Fantastic location! David was great to deal with. I was almost worried because everything seemed so easy (almost too easy), but everything was as advertised. We fully intend to return next summer. Highly recommend this location, our family loved it.

Wonderful stay

This place was everything we needed for our families vacation. David was a great host and quick to answer my questions. I loved the forest back view. So relaxing especially with a cup of coffee. The beach was a short walk. We found it easier to park closer to the beach access and walk from there. We spent 2 days in New Smyrna Beach and 2 days in Daytona, which was about a 20 min drive. We will definitely book again.

Relaxing Spring Break Week

Great experience renting this condo. David was quick to respond and helped us with all of our questions. Great property and very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub, fishing and kayaking near by with the dolphins. Loved the entire area and Daytona and Ponce Inlet was a short drive away. Would highly recommend this area to anyone. We will be back!

Spring Break

Nice rental! We have stayed at this complex before and love the pools, the beach is a hike across the road so bring a wagon if you have kids, this particular unit was very kid friendly not much breakables so I appreciate not having to baby proof it too much! Very simple check in/out. It doesn’t have a lot of extras...could use paper towels, garbage bags, more beach towels, more bath towels, and maybe some extras that you would normally have stocked! Overall 9/10!!

If you enjoy HOA life this is the Mecca

Advertising ample parking including trailer parking. Within 10 minutes of arrival was informed we had to find alternative parking for motorcycle trailer as they were banned a year ago. Cost additional $75 for 3 days and 20 minutes away. Apartment was lacking in cleanliness and received a parking ticket on the second day with threat of towing again. Last day security was on us within 5 minutes when returned with trailer to load bikes. Property owner promised to reimburse the $75. Still haven’t seen it. Will return to Daytona next year just utilize a different option. Not worth the hassle to me.

Clean, spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. This condo is very spacious and we had plenty of room for 6 people. We enjoyed the pools and gym as well. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad. We would come back here again for sure. They owner responded promptly to my questions. It was a quiet area and seemed very safe. Highly recommend!

Lots of room, very clean.

We recently stayed in Olga’s condo with our 3 young grandchildren. The condo was wonderful. We had plenty of room. We were in some rainy weather so the space was very nice. When we had to stay in we played board games. We cooked breakfast and lunch. A larger skillet would be nice. It’s tough making one pancake at a time. There were beach items that we could use. The washer and dryer came in very handy. Loved the tile floor throughout. Huge balcony but was a little too warm and humid to really enjoy. One of the pools is a short walk. We used the grill in the pool area for a hotdog lunch. The walk to the beach was a little further. There are steps and not a ramp at the beach. We did drive the car down to the parking lot that was the closet to the beach access. Lots of restaurants close by. Movies at the amc were cheap. Cute downtown. Beds were ok pillows were atrocious and the child you like the least gets the top bunk. Ours didn’t use it. Interesting boardwalk along the back of the buildings. Condo is on 3rd floor so wasn’t a bad walk up or take the elevator. You will need kitchen trash bags. Trash must be bagged to use the trashchute. TV in living room is not hooked to cable. So all five of us watched shark week in the master bedroom. I think it’s suppose to be hooked to cable but box is broken. I thought we got a good price for this condo. Overall this is a nice,clean condo and we would stay again when in the area.

Nice Community

The Ocean Walk Condo Community is a beautiful place. The pool and grill area is very nice. Also the grounds are kept manicured well. This condo could use some updating throughout but overall it was in good shape. Pots ond pans and plates were minimal. We purchased trash bags and paper towels and a larger frying pan. There was enough room for our family of six. Although the condo is listed as handicap accessible it really is not since there are no handicap bars in the bathrooms and it has a high threshold going out to the deck. The beach access for Ocean Walk is not wheelchair accessible, just to let others know who need this accommodation. There is plenty of parking for this building and the elevator was quick and was working every day.

Spacious; nice amenities

We booked on short notice (due to another host cancelling at the last minute). The response was quick, and we encountered no problems getting to or accessing the unit. The unit is spacious, and has a nice view towards the west. Everything worked, and we had absolutely no issues. The amenities in the complex are quite good. We enjoyed both pools. The beach is across the street to the east, and easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location and accommodations!

We rented this condo for a Spring Break vacation with our two children and it was a fantastic place to stay. The condo was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a great beach getaway. The condo complex had great recreational facilities including two pools, tennis courts, shuffle board as well as basketball. Very close walk to the beach as well. Overall New Smyrna offered a family friendly beach vacation and the Oceanwalk condo was a great place to retreat to at the end of the day. Thank you for the stay!

FANTASTIC GET-AWAY

This place was beyond perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The 2 pool areas and clubhouses were amazing with their very nice Weber gas grills, hot tubs, bocce courts, THEATER ROOM (which is super cool), exercise area, etc... The condo itself was also great. We never felt cramped as it was extremely spacious. The master bed and bath is especially nice. Huge bathroom complete with a jacuzzi. The beds were comfy along with all the furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony...as Donald Trump would say...was Yuge! And we loved how it overlooked "amazon rain forest"...or that's what we called it anyway. Thick, beautiful brush forest. It even has a nature trail cut through it. Nature trail might not be for everyone. I absolutely loved it but, like I said, it is cut through some really thick stuff. Beware the wildlife. If you're scared of the nature walk, at least take a stroll down the boardwalk. It also goes through the "jungle" but you feel much safer not being on ground level. There's so many more great things I could say about this place. I highly recommend it to anyone. And Olga was extremely helpful all along the way. Anytime I had a question, I would text her and get a detailed reply back within minutes. You can stop your search. Get this place now. 2 thumbs up!!

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay! We made a last minute reservation and olga was quick to respond. The condo is spacious and beautiful! You won't be disappointed here. The only things we didn't have but needed were trash bags, and wash cloths. We made do and I'm definitEly not complaining one bit! You can see the ocean from the balcony! The jacuzzi tub was awesome in the master bedroom!
