We created it to be a place where guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Its more than just a vacation rental, Fox Willow is a place to slow down, reconnect with loved ones, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Whether you're visiting Lincoln Memorial University (LMU), attending a wedding, planning a family reunion, exploring Norris Lake, hiking the Appalachian and Daniel Boone Trails, spending a day at Tazewell Speedway, or simply looking for a quiet escape, Fox Willow offers the comfort of home in one of Tennessee's most scenic settings.

What Our Guests Love

Spend your days boating, fishing, or swimming at Norris Lake, hiking through Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, visiting LMU, exploring local antique shops, enjoying a round of golf, or attending a nearby wedding.
Then return home to barbecue dinner, gather around the fire pit beneath a sky full of stars, or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside.

A Home Designed for Gathering
Fox Willow comfortably welcomes families and groups while providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.
Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom offers a King size Bed and direct access to a bathroom and a closet
Bedroom Two offers a Queen Bed and a Full Bed also with direct access to a bathroom and a closet
Bedroom Three has Two Queen Beds dresser and a closet
Bedroom Four are for the kiddos but of course, adult can use it too and feel like a kid again This room is our Cowboy & Cowgirl bedroom The Host had a lot of fun creating the design for it and more to come ! Wait for Christmas!!! it becomes Magical! this room offers a Twin Bunk Bed and also am additional Twin Bed It has a closet and bathroom is right across the hallway
Den is so beautiful with the large bay window offering green rolling hills views . We added a Sleeper Sofa and you can find the bedding supply in the laundry room.
A Pack 'n Play is available upon request for our youngest guests.
The Heart of the Home The Kitchen !
The completely renovated kitchen was designed with gathering in mind.
Enjoy a dedicated coffee bar to start your mornings, a wine bar with beverage refrigerator for relaxing evenings, generous counter space, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals for your group. This is great for Grads and Bridal parties and family reunion.
The spacious dining room comfortably seats twelve or more guests, making it the perfect setting for holiday dinners, graduation celebrations, wedding weekends, birthdays, or simply sharing stories after a day of exploring East Tennessee. If you are a large group, we can accomodate with also adding folding chairs and additional chairs, let us know if you will need them and we will arrange to have them at your arrival.
Space for Everyone
Unlike many vacation homes, Fox Willow offers two separate living rooms.
We wanted to have a Space to Be Together... and Space to Spread Out
Whether everyone is watching a movie, playing board games, preparing dinner together, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a book, Fox Willow was designed to give groups room to gather without ever feeling crowded.
The main living room centers around a cozy fireplace, creating a warm place to gather after a day of adventure.
( The den as we just described) The second living room provides additional seating, a sleeper sofa, and extra space for reading, games, or movie nights.
Large windows throughout the home fill every room with natural light while showcasing beautiful countryside views.
Thoughtfully Updated for Your Comfort
Every improvement at Fox Willow has been made with guest comfort in mind.
Recent updates include:
Completely renovated kitchen
Three full bathrooms ( one brand new - We just added)
Fresh interior paint , Updated furnishings , Comfortable mattresses with premium mattress toppers
we also added new Blackout curtains in all bedrooms and den and new blinds in main living space
We added Ceiling fans throughout the home
We offer and pay for a High-speed Wi-Fi , Roku Smart TVs
There is an inside Laundry room and we provide some soap and fabric softener
We are thinking about adding a drying line outside. Let us know your thoughts on that.... It would work with our quirt, country , farmhouse design i think! Anyways would take me back as a kid back at my parents house in Canada
Coffee station! of course we have one! and you'll have enough coffee to get you started your first day or two but we recommend to still bring some or buy some if you are a very large group. Whether Whole bean, ground beans or Pud, we have it all for you ready for your fresh brew
And The Wine refrigerator located under the counter you'll find a few cold bottle of water ther eand if you want us to get you some wine. let us know in advance please and we can arrange it at a small additional fee
We've tried to think of the little details that make a stay feel comfortable, relaxing, and effortless.

Situated on approximately two peaceful acres, Fox Willow offers room to breathe and unwind.
Relax on the covered front porch while taking in the beautiful countryside.
Prepare dinner on the propane barbecue grill.
Gather around the fire pit in the evening to roast marshmallows and enjoy the stars.
Watch for deer grazing nearby, listen to birds throughout the day, or catch a glimpse of the neighboring Black Angus cattle peacefully roaming the surrounding hills.
Catch some fireflyers too!!
We have a few outdoor games also available in the laundry room
Going to Norris Lake? Need to park your toys? We have ample of space to accommodate your parking needs, Just let us know in advance what parking space you need.
Travelling with Horses? We have a 5 stall barn. Please reach out to discuss accomodation and fees

Health & Safety
Please supervise children while outdoors. Keep children away from the barn, fenced propane tank area, and retaining wall by the driveway. Please also give any animals on or around the property plenty of space and supervise children and pets around them.
