Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good variety of breakfast offerings. The only drawback was "thin walls"...occasional noise from shower in adjacent room and loud passerbys in the hallway.

The room had ants and bugs. Ask to change rooms and they only changed my sheets. I am traveling for work and because it’s a long stay you don’t get housekeeping.. Ants everywhere and the worker knew the room had ants.

First and Last Stay at Harmony Inn

This was our first time staying at this hotel since the change in management (from Super 8 to Harmony Inn). In the past, we’ve stayed at the Microtel and Best Western nearby, but decided to give this place a try since the prices were comparable. Unfortunately, a little effort in upkeep would go a long way. Upon arrival, we were met with an outdated and dingy lobby area. The carpet on the stairs was filthy and musty, the bathtub in our room was cracked, and when I took a shower it felt as though the tub might give way into the room below. I’ve never had an experience like this before, and when I mentioned the cracked tub to the front desk, the staff member didn’t acknowledge it or seem concerned. For the price, I’ll be choosing to stay elsewhere in the future.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, our room smelled moldy/mildewy. We made due for the first night but when it started raining, the rain poured in the window. We had to move to a different room on the second floor that was nicer. We went down to breakfast at 9am and there wasn’t anything left besides the dry food.

Dirtiest motel I have ever been to. Will never stay or recommend to anyone. Room was dirty, windows were filthy even at the entrance doors, outdoor seating area was dirty. Cushions were filthy, garbage was dumped out, reported it to the housekeeping girl and nothing was ever done. No one ever came in to bring us fresh towels or empty the baskets, so needless to say, the room was not cleaned at all.
