Disappointing accommodation.

Was very disappointed in view out window. We were looking muddy stale water on top of roof. Not able to see any scenery at all. We went down to have dinner ,only to find the restaurant closed at 2 pm- 7Am next morning. The only other options were a sports bar or very expensive steak house.

Cleanliness was fine but we checked in at 8 pm-,which is 4 hours after check- in and our room was not ready until after 10:00 pm - after we traveled for 8 hours - we had to wait over 2hours to go to our room. We were given free breakfast which I appreciate but it was very frustrating.

Poor Quality hotel

There was no microwave in the room! I went down to one of their restaurants and the steak was undercooked so I took it back to my room to cook but no microwave! The hotel no longer has room service! Very poor quality for the high price. I will never stay there again. I stayed there years ago and it was better back then and they had room service back then but not anymore. Never again. All the other hotels i have stayed in all had a microwave oven.

It was our second time here and is a super nice place to stay...i would like the room cleaned during a 3 night stay.. i think we did get new towels each day though without having to call someone.
