My room smell like a grown man's underarms. The door handle and bathroom knob fell off when we entered the bathroom. We were in the 2nd floor, we could hear the entire conversation above us all night. People stomped back and forth all night on the next floor up. There was only one desk clerk employed for the whole night. The room was spacious and beds comfortable enough. The view is of the parking lot. The parking lot is situated behind the building and access from the building was through a slippery, frozen parking lot, dangerous. Plus you have to pay $10 extra to park. Wouldn't stay here again.

Liked the convenience. Had an outlet just out the back door and 10 min from Mall of America. Nice facility but at check in did not feel welcome

The location was great, very close to the Twin Cities. The staff member who checked us in was sort of friendly but definitely could have been more pleasant. The bathroom door of our room was a horrible pocket door with no handle. If you push the door all the way into the wall pocket, it was a struggle getting it back out. Also, you couldn't shut the door entirely because the door had no handle or finger groove. The bathroom door was just an annoying feature of the room, not a huge deal but you would think for this being a relatively new hotel, the bathroom door would have a better design.
