there was a little bit of confusion about the shuttle bus, however overall great and I’m glad that I chose this hotel. 1. let us checked in a few hours before the actual check-in time. it’s nice especially if you were with kids after a long trip. and welcomed us with chocolate chip cookies! 2. room is spacious and clean 3. hot coffee and tea is always available at the lobby 4. shuttle bus takes to/from airport and even to the mall anytime per request 5. pool is open for 12 hours. kids were super happy 6. IHop is connected, accessible anytime without going outside, servers were friendly and nice as well 7. free wifi and cable tv. 8. quiet and comfortable to sleep 9. free breakfast was included and enough variety

We have stayed 2X a year for about 20 years here. The staff is GREAT, I can not say enough about them. That is the main reason we keep coming back. We have known some of them for the full 20 years.The property is showing it's age and needs major renovation. For the first time we are planning to look for another hotel next year, I feel bad because the location and staff can not be beat. It is just not a nice place to stay anymore. I heard the same comment from other guests.It is a shame

The hotel is very close to the Mall of America, only a five-minute walk. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean. The airport shuttle driver was also very helpful and friendly.

It sucked that there wasn’t a kitchen to do room service. But I guess that was my fault for not making sure. Other than that they were great, I would definitely book again.

I called and told them that I could not come on my first day of my reservation due to an emergency. The representative I spoke with not only told me it was okay but also told Expedia. I get there and they cancelled my reservation saying that I was a no show. They then told me all the rooms were booked and they would have to walk me to another hotel. They then stated that I shouldn’t book through A third party because they are not required to honor my reservation. They then decided to put me in A room with no air due to it being the only one available. They switched my room the next morning. In that room, my tv stopped working, I reported it at 1:30pm and the maintenance didn’t come until 9:30 pm. They refused to accommodate any inconvenience. I wil never book wit them again.

The staff were so nice. Such an easy way to park and walk to mall. Especially if you need a break from mall fun! My family and I needed a hr break to kick our feet up before we returned to Mall of America.

Super convenient to Mall of America- just walk across the parking lot to skywalk access. Location is easy access from interstate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only downside was that it was very noisy- we were across from the elevator with the ice machine next door, lots of hallway noise, loud music at 3 am. Would stay again but request a room far from the elevator.

Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel in general seemed clean but our room had a peculiar smell (like mothballs) and carpet was stained and seemed damp and dirty. Luckily we could open the window a little to let in fresh air.

This hotel is in a great location with lots of food and shopping options. Sadly, our room was dated and dirty. Stained carpet and ceilings, random hairs all over the bathroom. I would have told the staff, but we arrived after a late flight and were only there for one night.
