Pictures show skywalk attached but have to cross two busy streets to get there. Called multiple times for airport shuttle, left in airport for over an hour with no set directions, and ended up having to call for uber. Check in was mediocre. A colleague checked in directly before me and got better treatment and information than I did. And I was met with attitude from check in clerk when I asked for clarification.

The front desk manager and his staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was horrible! The bed felt like I was sleeping on a comforter that was laid on a concrete floor. The HVAC in the room would get super noisy at night when it started running. The front room was dark, even with the lights on! The floors were dirty and the there as quite a bit of damaged furniture on the furniture and the towels were super scratchy! I felt like we were at a hotel that would be a budget hotel, not one I paid $160/night for!
