The room was clean but the furniture in the living area looking worn and outdated. Just fyi, the toilet is very low to the ground for those with mobility issues but do not need a handicap accessible room. The staff was very nice and friendly!

The breakfast had choices to please adults and kids. The staff were top notched professional from beginning to the end. Amthey were always available if help was needed or questions had to be asked. The kitchen was equipped and they also have loaners as well.There is no way a non guest can access the building beyond the front desk area.The building is safe and secured. Oh!! and to top it off, everything you need as far as shopping and family fun is within ten minutes of the hotel. We also visited the Como Zoo which was only 30 minutes away. My family and I were very happy we chose this hotel and whenever we are visiting minnesotta again, this is definitely our choice.

Yes staff was friendly and helpful. But we had no WiFi til before last day. Charge for packing. Was told we had two restrooms, but only one. The mattress on the sleeper couch is very thin and uncomfortable. But the staff was kind enough to give us more covers to add to current. Maintenance was very helpful. We expected a breakfast bar w hot food. No pool or hot tub/jaquzzi. There was a dog next to our room that barked but no excessive,annoyed by people on other of us noisy for a while waking us up couple times. Otherwise the room was decent and the beds were comfortable.

We appreciated the convenience of parking, cleanliness and friendly staff. Our rooms bathroom had moderate water damage to the vanity and flooring was peeling away from the vanity and wall due to that. Noise was also an issue coming from the room next to us before bed and early in the morning the room above us. Overall, we spent minimal time in the room and it met our needs for a brief stay.

Property was safe and clean. Staff was friendly. My room smelled very musty. I'm not sure if it was because the pool was right outside my window or if it was something in the AC, but I ended up buying air deodorizer and that helped. Parking was not free - I got a charge on my card after my stay. Mind you, it was only about $3/day but it would have been nice to know. The main sign for the hotel is hidden by a tree and there are no street lights on the road next to the hotel. Without GPS, it would be hard to find in the dark.
