The hotel was clean. The front counter person was great the waterpark staff, though we’re not very friendly when we said hello or tried to talk to them for some reason they got rid of the hot tub, which was too bad cause that was great last time we stayed here

Good enough

Good for an overnight stay near Mall of America. The room was big enough for our group of 5 and we slept well. What I don't like about Great Wolf is that everything is monetized and it's LOUD all the time. Our teen guests did use the water park briefly but since it closed at 8 PM, they didn't have much time.

Kids had fun. Remember to bring your own food and snacks or it can get expensive. Check in got quite chaotic. More help at the front desk would have been nice. Missed out on good water park time waiting an hour in line. Found out you can check out at 11, load your car and still use the water park all day.

I didn’t appreciate the rental of used pool towels. I would have brought my own pool towels from home and this caused me and my adult son to have a very bad disagreement and it ruined our trip which caused me to leave early.

The waterpark is extremely underwhelming. My kids are 7 and 10 and were bored in 30 minutes. We would have been better off staying at a cheaper hotel with a standard pool. Very disappointing.
