Staff were helpful and friendly
24 hour free coffee, tea and hot chocolate
In room kitchen well appointed
Mattress was great and best sheets, super soft
Convenient to Times Square, Broadway, Javits and great restaurants
It’s NYC, so rooms are always smaller but it was big enough for a couple for 10 days

This was our first time in New York City, and we decided to come at the craziest time of the year. However, I’m glad we chose this hotel to stay at. Walking distance from Times Square and the Port Authority bus terminal where we could catch the subway and buses back to the airport. Despite the hectic area, the hotel was safe and convenient and affordable for the time of the year.
