This property has become my go-to hotel whenever I visit Atlanta, and for good reason. The staff consistently delivers professional, courteous service from the moment I arrive, and the check-in process is always smooth and efficient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a reliable and relaxing stay each time. The hotel’s amenities—along with its convenient location—make it especially ideal for frequent travelers. Whether I’m visiting for business or personal reasons, I can always count on a consistent level of quality and comfort. While there is always room for minor improvements, the overall experience continues to meet my expectations, which is why I return on every trip to ATL. The room was clean and comfortable, but was not ready upon arrival. The front desk told us it would be about 20 minutes and he would come get us in the lounge when it was. After 45 minutes I went back to the desk to check and it was ready, but no one over told us. I was not prepared to pay for a valet service, but did, because I didn’t know where else to park. Be prepared ahead of time Most staff was friendly but not very informative. We did not have breakfast because we didn’t know where it was located. We visited the bistro and paid for our breakfast
