Altogether, the facility was clean and inviting. There was only one working elevator out of two, which made for long waiting times. The heating component in our room could not be turned up or it would bang, sounding like an engine about to explode. The customer service was great. There w weren't many close food options near by. We did manage to find an Applebees about 4 blocks or so. All in all, it served the purpose for the overnight stay.

Terrible, I booked 2 queen beds with sofa bed. 3 guys together. They didn't have sofa bed for us and we had to have 2 guys sleep together on one bed and it made all of us uncomfortable. I am not happy about that. Please issue refund.

Very clean and welcoming. Friendly staff. Fast check in with a smile. Room was clean and had lots of little amenities (shampoo,conditioner, coffee, water bottles and glasses).Queen size comfortable beds. 1 negative- charges for parking. Parking should always be included with your stay.

HVAC was loud and dusty on the vent cover. Valet drivers should not adjust driver seat because they only drive a very short distance within the premises. I stayed in a room on the highway side and it was noisy; maybe need to work on noise insulation windows.
