I stayed for four nights. No cleaning service. When I asked about it, I was referred to the Q&A section of their website. I learned that there is a $40 charge per cleaning. I wasn’t thrilled about the unexpected surcharge, but was really angry when I tried to schedule a cleaning and it wasn’t available. I won’t stay there again.

Right location. A few minute walk to 9/11 Museum. The hotel was very clean and the room was really nice. The staff was awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Small Boutique Hotel

Small rooms but nicely layed out. Wi fi, Coffee pot - very convenient to World Trade Center - restaurants, and Subways. Eating area in lobby, but didn't use it.
