Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Only negatives were that one of the elevators was not working during our stay making it a lengthy wait some times. I was a little taken back when upon arriving an hour prior to the normal check in at 4:00, I was told we could check in for an additional $75 fee. I have never been charged at any other property for this service.

Was attending a hockey game at MSG and booked at room here for that evening. VERY convenient to MSG and Penn station - 2 block walk. All staff I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room very clean. Comfy bed, great climate control and very quiet at night. Highly recommended!
