We chose a king bed room that was quite large and had a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The furniture, however, was old and worn. The bathroom was nice, the toilet quiet, and the shower excellent. The staff ranged from very nice and accommodating to rather remote (perhaps because they were young Koreans who didn’t always speak good English). The hotel is located in Koreatown, a busy area though fun and very interesting.

This hotel is just very old. The room had a terrible mildew musty smell. Only one elevator was working so it was VERY slow. The pictures are deceiving, this place is kind of a sh*t hole

Great location, large clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, good a/c, doorman, within feet of a subway stop, very close to Empire State Building. Times Square is a short walk. Nice that my room was ready a bit early. One small negative for me was that the continental breakfast was limited (bananas, apples, American cheese, toast, bagels, cereals, yogurt, coffee, bottled water, mashed potatoes, cut up hot dogs), and it’s the same each day. But, in fairness, it does say “continental breakfast,” not full breakfast. Waits for the one elevator were sometimes long, also. Other than that, I enjoyed my three night stay and would stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and clean. Also enjoyed the couch near the TV. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Really appreciated the upgrade!

Location great, rooms relatively large and clean, bed very comfortable, staff friendly. Breakfast was really bad. Lots of plastic utensils, paper plates. Just had bagels, toast, yogurt and salad. We did find a bakery down the street to get espresso.
