Nice looking hotel. Clean room, clean hotel, nice bar & gym. Happy staff. Big shout out to Acer in bar. Food lets the hotel down - sent pasta & steak & chips back as very cold. Replacement chips hot but steak & pasta still cold. Steak also over cooked.

The staff were very nice. The only real issue I had was that I could absolutely not turn the shower on. I genuinely thought I was going to rip it off the wall with how hard I was trying. I tried to call guest services to figure it out and no one answered. Also, not a huge deal but there were a couple of slices of pizza just sitting in the fridge. It didn't ruin my trip just a little gross.
