It is a good hotel if you need a place to spend the night before flying out. Shuttle service excellent. There is a restaurant with a diverse menu. Hotel was clean. It is Texas so bugs do come in front door but hotel itself is clean and no bugs in room.

We really like the upgrade to a suite. We like the Free Shadow from the airport. The room was very nice. The coffee downstairs was good. The only thing I didn't like is they gave me a complete kitchen without any way to cook or put anything on a plate. Overall I really like this place and it would happily say there again if I happen to be in a flushing.

We stayed here on a Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location especially if you like visiting Chinatown and is very clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Parking is also available for a fee and very accessible. Highly recommend this hotel when in NY.

I enjoy everything the exception was the 2 floor patio. It was uncleaned tables and chairs dirty and weather grimy. Patio floors in serious need of a power wash This isa place that cigarettes smokers use, also nice to sit and use lap tops or just to visit. Reception does not really recommend it use 😕 not why it could be a great place
