To maximize space, the second sleeping area is a Murphy bed located in the living room, which functions as the second bedroom when the bed is extended.



As space is at a premium in New York City, we recommend reviewing the photos carefully to see the Murphy bed set up and understand the sleeping arrangement.



The Space



Upon entering, you’ll find a thoughtfully furnished living area that easily transforms into a comfortable second bedroom. The queen-size Murphy bed folds down smoothly, offering a cozy and practical sleeping space while allowing the room to function as a living area during the day.



For added convenience, the space includes a microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy light meals, snacks, and your morning coffee during your stay.

This was a great place to stay. Small and cozy, but we had 3 adults and a toddler and it worked just fine. The murphy bed was actually very comfortable and very easy to use and put up each day. The location really can't be beat. Good stay and very reasonably priced for the location. We would definitely stay again!
