Nice view, but the stay was tarnished by fraudulent charges on out invoice. We were charged the rate of the room and a $30 resort fee per day, which was fine, but then we also got charged $80 for breakfast we did not have. Called the hotel for clarification and was greeted by the very rude front desk manager Kristal Mccullers. She had an attitude and did not help the situation at all. It’s been a week since my check out and I’m still waiting on a phone call from someone at the property. Do NOT stay here. The views aren’t worth it. For the price you get amenities that don’t fully work and dirty carpet. Beware, beware, beware.

I stayed here from December 28 to January 2nd, they took my deposit and I just received back the half . I never used the restaurant or something where they could charged me and take the money from my deposit. Ive called many times to ask them why they didnt send the full amout and they dont answer. Please make yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel

UNPLEASANT STAY
I made the reservation and chose king size bed not realizing the room was for a special needs person. I went to the rm and then went back to the front desk to ask for a change. The female worker was not very accommodating nor was she courteous at the check in. She called for her manager, Jesus, who changed the room. Once I got to the room, I entered the bathroom and on the toilet tank was hair as though someone had recently shaved . It was a lot. Unfortunately, I cleaned it off, but once I continued to inspect the toilet and there was a stain running down from the lid to below the bowl, I had to mentioned it to Jesus The manager wanted to further help, but I was too exhausted at this point. It’s my second time at this location and I will not return for a third. The female worker did not know how to explain properly to me as a guest that had general questions.
