Very noisy on Saturday and Sunday nights until 4am. Didn’t expect the 30 dollar a day allowance which should have been an opt out option. Food and drink was way too expensive and ridiculously priced. Bins were too small so overflowed quickly. Liked the stash cupboards and the hairdryer was good.

Amazing property we had an amazing time. Blocks away from time square and the subway. The on property bars and restaurants are amazing too. We would definitely stay again. Only complaint is we needed more towels… besides that A

The Hotel is nice the shower had some tile issues. but the staff was not friendly at all which that should be your #1 area. The room was nice and clean, we did not like there was an early check in fee. This is the first time ever someone charged us for that.

Beware of water charges

Beware of water in the room!! You will be charged with no warning. Beds are comfy, however the room was only cleaned once for a 4 night stay. The frosted glass bathroom can be awkward. All staff are so friendly and the hotel is stunning so modern

Love the vibe of this hotel. Staff was great and the location is wonderful. We knew the room would be small but while functional to a point it was too small. Also no fan or much privacy in the bathroom.

The location was fantastic, the rooms are an okay size but relatively basic, which is part of the gimmick of this brand, but far and away the most special part of the experience was the hotel staff themselves. They couldn’t do enough for us, they were so welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and did all they can to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Even going so far as to encourage us to get out, see the city, and make the best of our holiday. Ricky and Amani (the night manager) were wonderful, but the whole team gave us big smiles on every interaction.
