I hadn't stayed there in over a year. All the staff remembered me. Chuck greeted me at the door upon my arrival and arranged for my transportation when I left. Barbara was efficient at the front desk. My room was spacious and immaculate. It always feels like coming home!

Overall it was ok. But one of the staff members at the desk (curly female) was rude and sarcastic, the room was very small, and the view out the window was to an HVAC system and a wall. For the price, I’d have appreciated knowing about this in advance.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Park South Hotel. The hotel was in excellent condition, everything was clean, spotless, and well-maintained. The location is perfect for exploring New York, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The service was exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a follow-up message from the hotel after our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory.
