We loved this hotel! It was the perfect place to relax after coming in off an international flight with extreme jet lag. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is fantastic. The food was fantastic. The actual room and bathroom were fantastic.

Hotel was wonderful. The staff were excellent.3rd floor lounge was a highlight and surprise for me. Food was great and loved the atmosphere to watch Wimbledon.

Shower was half of a glass door, Aesthetically pleasing but not practical. Even when the shower heads were used properly, the water got everywhere. All over the bathroom floor, we had to pay for the coffee pods and other “complimentary” amenities like the coffee cups, pods, sugar and packaged creamer. The staff was nice, but the unexpected fee’s are ridiculous and not worth it. It’s not complimentary if we have to pay to use it.

Nice and Convenient

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s very clean, modern, and conveniently located to the best shopping in the city. Walkable from Broadway and close to Central Park. I definitely will return for future stays.
