The air conditioning unit was horrible. It was extremely noisy and blew a hurricane. It was the same for heat. I complained 3 times with no change and little sympathy. I had to turn it off both nights because of the noise.

Terrible location with no transportation or dining Staff unhelpful and uninterested in your needs and no help We were woken up by fire drills alarm Beeping noise from ac machine which needed new filters After complaining to the front desk all we got is a shrug and a thank you for staying We had 2 rooms booked for 4 nights so it wasn’t pleasant to say the least Never again

The property is just a few meters south of the Queensboro bridge. We were told by a local policeman that the other side, a few meters north, of the bridge is "Project" and do not walk there after dark. Unfortunately that is where the nearest subway station is. That being said it was no hardship to walk to the next nearest station, south of the hotel. It felt safe enough to walk from there at night. There is some kind of power station opposite the hotel which is permanently noisy. However not too noticable with the window closed. The balcony view of the Manhatten skyline more than made up for this and would definitely stay there again. 13 min walk to Court Sq 23 station. Great diner twp blocks from there and only 10 min journey into Manhatten. NYC itself is deafening. Not much the hotel can do about that.

Hotel was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious compared to others in NYC. The staff is amazing too! A couple of them helped us find good street parking since their lot was already full when we got there.

Amazing views, crappy neighborhood

The room is comfortable. Mattress could be better but it was alright. The balcony is fantastic and so is the view. The neighborhood is not the best, however. I wouldn’t walk around here at night. There were a lot of sketchy people hanging around. Even during the day was a bit dodgy. There’s not much in the way of places to eat nearby, either.

It is in a loud neighborhood / street noise. 15 min walk to subway. There are parties up on the roof. Pool club from May thru September No restaurant no roomservice. Everything is 15 min walk away

The stay was decent. Views were amazing and room was spacious. Disappointed in the fact the pool was 21+ as I booked it so my kids could swim. WiFi did not work the whole time and we asked a few times for help with that
